SCHEDULE 'A' (B/R) PART I. Taking down cement or cement lime plaster of any description on brick or stone wall and ceiling surface including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc and disposing off the rubbish outside MD land complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down chowkat or frame with shutter (without taking off shutter from the frames) and including grills/ guard bars exceeding 1.5 Sqm but not exceeding 4.0 Sqm each complete as directed

S&F II nd class Hard Wood as in plain, solid, straight chowkats and frames, wrought, framed rebated on the solid, rounded or chamfered, put together with glue pinned at joints etc all as specified

S&F 2 nd class HW 40 mm thick plain framed panelled shutters (any number of panels) with panels of timber flat on both sides (feather edged) or of veneered particle board medium density, wood particle board with commercial face veneers fitted to chowkats.

S/F stainless steel butt hinges 125mm size medium wt coIled rolled.

S&F anodised aluminium extruded handles 150 mm size.

S&F aluminium anodised barrel tower bolts of extruded section 200 mm size.

S&F aluminium alloy, anodised sliding door bolt 300 mm long with hasp, staple (bolt type) and fixing clip of sheet, cast or extruded sections and fixing bolts and sliding bolts of extruded section or cast aluminium alloy.

Chipping, removing carefully loose/damaged concrete from surfaces of RCC members, in any location by low impact Hammer/Breakar without damaging the structure & cleaning the surfaces with wire brush etc and disposal of debris out side MOD land complete all as specified and directed. Neccessary supports should be provided to the structural member as per structural audit report. Note : 1) Hard concrete shall not be removed by force

M&L for cleaning existing reinforcement with wire/ rotary wire brush to a shining bright finish, making the surfaces free from loose material, dirt etc complete and applying two coats of alkaline rust converting primer conforming to ASTM-B-117 of make. "Reebarklens RR of Fosroc" OR "Roff Rust Cleaner' of 'Pidilite' OR 'Shali Rustoff' of 'STP Ltd', on rebars with time interval of 1 hour between the coats, complete all as specified and directed. (Note :- Mode of measurement: superficial area of concrete will be measured.)

M&L for carry out application of ‘Bi-polar migratory corrosion inhibitor' [Make : M/s. Krishna Conchem (EPCO KP-100) / BASF (MasterProtect®8000Cl)/ Auramix of Fosroc] on RCC surfaces, complete all as specified and directed. (Note :- Mode of measurement: superficial area of concrete will be measured.)

M&L for Anticorrosive Treatment to Reinforcement using IPNET-RB of M/s Krishna Conchem or Epoxy Zinc Primer of M/s. Dr. Fixit , Nitozinc primer of Fosroc by application on exposed reinforcement in two coats with time interval of minimum 4 hours between each coat. The application shall be done by brush after cleaning/wire brushing to the exposed steel surfaces complete all as specified and directed . Note :- Mode of measurement: superficial area of concrete will be measured.

M&L for Epoxy bond coat of Make Fosroc (NITOBOND-EP) OR EPOXY BONDING AGENT of Dr. Fixit OR equivalent of M/s. Krishna Conchem as approved by GE over exposed concrete surfaces prior to application of any type of mortar / concrete to ensure bond between old concrete & new concrete/ new mortar by brush application, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for providing Polymer Bonding Agent of Make M/s. Krishna Conchem (MONOBOND) OR Fosroc (NITOBOND-SBR) OR equivalent brand of Dr. Fixit,as approved by the GE followed by flexible polymer based putty ( 1cement: 1.2 finesand :20% polymer by weight of cement : water as required ) on cracks after cutting the cracks to a 'V' shaped groove upto 10 mm wide and 10 mm deep in structural RCC members , finished with spatula etc. complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for building up the profile of structural members using polymer modified mortar from M/s. Krishna Conchem (Molith PMM), Renderoc SP 40 of Fosroc OR Polymer mortar HB of Dr Fixit, while the bonding agent is still tacking upto 20mm thickness, including levelling, profiling etc, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for building up the profile of structural members using polymer modified mortar from M/s Krishna Conchem (Molith PMM) , Renderoc SP 40 of Fosroc OR Polymer mortar HB of Dr. Fixit, exceeding 20mm thick and not exceeding 40mm thick in two layers, each of equal thickness including levelling, profilling etc, complete all as specified and directed.

Providing & fixing epoxy dipped shear keys of 10mm dia and 4" to 6" length in columns before jacketing, Micro concreting as per Consultants Instructions and directions.

M&L for casting & repairing of excessively damaged distressedRCC members (exceeding 40mm in thikness) with prebatched, prepacked, single component ready to use microconcrete from Fosroc (Renderoc RG) or equivalent of Dr. Fixit as approved by GE, at any level/ height and at any lead or lift as directed including prefabricated water tight formwork, centering, scaffolding, also including mixing , laying, levelling, finishing, curing etc as per manufacturer's specifications and all other relevant works, complete all as specified and directed. (Note : Reinforcement only shall be measured and paid separately).

M&L for 20mm thick (12mm + 8mm) in two coats polymer modified ready mix cement based plaster on the wall surface including finishing the surfaces of top layer in the proportion as per manufacturer recommendation, for the under mentioned storeys of the existing buildings, complete all as specified and directed Make : Easy plast form M/s wall plast or chemplast or readiplast from ultratech, Renderoc ready plaster of Fosroc incl Integeral waterproofing compound of Conplast Xtra WL of Fosroc Note : The thickness of plaster specified above is the minimum thickness and the quoted rates shall also be demand to included for provision of dubbing of the surfaces with the ready mix plaster and no extra payment shall be admissible on the account”.

M & L for rendering 5 mm thick in CM 1:3 on concrete surfaces as in ceiling and finishing the surfaces even and smooth complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling of roof terracing cement / brick concrete (un-reinforced) and existing water proofing treatment of any thickness in any position and of any portion from top of roof of building, cleaning surface of roof with wire brush / mechanical brush and with water thoroughly to remove all dust / dirt and loose particles to expose base concrete roof slab and removal of rubbish / demolished material out of MD land complete all as specified.

M&L for PCC 1:2:4 Type B0 using 12.5 mm graded aggregate with average thickness 50mm with 2% by weight of cement or as per manufacturer's instructions water proofing as in levelling course, haunching, coping and similar works over RCC roof surface and RCC over head tank top surface including rounded or chamferred on edges and formwork etc all as specified and directed.

M&L for cleanning the surfaces with water and wire brush to remove dirt, dust, and other bio organism and repair the broken area with cement sand mortar and open major cracks with cement + thermacool WP 51 to make putty to fill the cracks.Once the surface is dry apply a liberal absorption coat of thermacool WP 51 as follows, 1 Ltr thermacool WP 51 + 2 Ltr water mix well and apply by brush liberally . After the absorption coat dries apply first coat one Ltr Thermacool WP 51 + 250 ml of cement + 250 ml of water and floor joinery . Then apply on the entire area while recoating the joinery. Once the water proofing layer is dry, apply first coat of Thermacool 0.3 c followed by second coat of 0.3c upon drying. or equivalent make of Dr.Fixit/ BASF/Tikitar/Pidilite with their guidelines with authorised applicator

Carefully chiseling/ chipping out existing cracked/ damaged IPS and providing IPS finish over chajja tops and OH/WT etc-laying brick bats/ metal pieces to the desired thickness and slope finished with cement mortar plaster of specified and required thickness in CM (1:4) with cement slurry including water proofing compound, curing etc including making junction wattas etc complete as specified and directed. Make : Renderoc ready plaster of Fosroc incl Integeral waterproofing compound of Conplast Xtra WL of Fosroc

To treat construction joints, cold joints, surface cracks etc before proceeding with water proof coating . All joints and cracks to be cut in V groove shape using mechanical cutter and clean the same to remove any loose dust, dirt etc. Fill the prepared joints using with Renderoc SP 40-Single part fiber reinforced polymer modified mortar and finish the same in line with existing concrete surface

Providing and carry out water proofing treatment (application ) to walls, bottom slabs, top slabs etc after removing existing plaster upto parent concrete, proper surface preperation to remove any loose dirt, dust, laitance, loose mortar etc. after treatment of construction joints, cold joints, cracks etc, predampening the concrete surface and application of applying two coats of "Nitocote EP 405 over two coats of Brush Bond ultra Flex" of Fosroc Make elastomeric water proofing coating etc complete including all tools and tackles as per manufacturers specification

M & L for TMT steel bars 10 mm dia and over, cut to n length , bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9 mm dia or escuring with clips quality confirming to

M&L for Complete removal of existing treatment with mechanical grinding machine (vacume type) on walls including washing down, rubbing down and applying two coats of Dr fixit rain coat over (of Shade/colour as directed by E-in-C) one coat of Dr fixit prime seal primer all as per manufacturer instruction including necessary scaffoldings etc complete all as specified and directed by Engr- in charge
