Dismantling/Taking down carefully existing ACSR conductors from 09 Mtr height PCC/Steel Poles incl all connections jumpers insulators,cross arms etc.. etc all as directed by Engineer in charge

Excavation in trenches in soft and loose soil n.exc 1.5 mtr wide and n.exc. 1.5 mtr depth for laying and taking out for laying of electric power cable and getting out all as specified and directed by engineer –in-charge.

Returning filling in including spreading leveling watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25 cm thick all as specified and directed.

Removing excavated material not exceeding 50 mtr away and depositing where directed at a level n. exc 1.5 mtr above the starting point .

Material & labour for river washed and screened dry sand for filling under and above the under ground cable for cushioning of cables etc.complete all as specified and directed by engr –in-charge

S&Laying sub class B bricks having minimum compressive strenth 75 Kg/sqm laid in trenches for cable protection etc complete all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

All as per Srl item No 6 here in before but using old bricks obtained under item No 1.

Taking down/up existing LT unserviceable cable of any size from trench/pole etc all as specified and directed.

Testing the cables with high voltage DC testing machine and locating the fault in the cables by fault locating machine to pin point exact position of fault, disconnecting faulty 1.1 KV LT cables of different sizes from both ends, removal of Fault, Re-connections and testing of cables after removal of fault complete all as specified and directed. Note: (a) 1.1 KV LT cable & joints shall be measured and paid for seperately under respective items of schedule. (b) Retrieved old serviceable cable cover/bricks will be laid in trenches for cable protection. If extra PCC cover/bricks and sand required at site shall be measured and paid separately under respective items of BOQs. (c) Excavation and earth work will be measured and paid for seperately under respective items of schedule.

M&L for painting on old surfaces LT panel of size 2 to 4 Sqm by spray paint after cleaning strains and grease/oil spots with sand paper & thinner and painting the cleaned surface with synthetic enamel paint (light gray) shade No-631 to achieve good finish by applying two coats of paints by spray painting machine crefully after disconnection of power supply and covering the meters, indicators and switches to prevent from fall of paint drop on them and including writing number, letter etc with white paint on newly painted surfaces

Disconnecting the existing unserveceable/burnt MCCB from the cable taking out from panel board & supply & fix new MCCB,3pole 400 Amp 35 KA breaking capacity Adjustable type suitable for 415 volts,50HZ 3 Phase supply thermal magnetic release, fixed in existing panel including modification of existing frame and panel board door for proper installation of MCCB andconnecting with existing cable including thimble,nut bolt and washers etc complete.
