Special repair/replacement of water pipe line at 19 Wing AF Stn under GE(AF) Borjhar

Taking up old existing unserviceable CI water mains of size 150mm bore including all fittings complete all as specified and as directed.

All as per Serial item No. 1 here-in-before but of size 100mm bore

Taking up old existing unserviceable GI water mains of size 80/50/25mm bore including all fittings complete all as specified and as directed.

Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.5m wide and not exceeding 1.5m depth and getting out in soft/loose soil for taking out existing pipes and re-laying after cleaning and for laying of new pipes complete all as specified and as directed.

Returning, filling in including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25cm in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and as directed

Removing surplus soil to a distance not exceeding 50m and deposited where as directed at level not exceeding 1.5m above the starting point complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and laying ductile iron pipes socket/flanged type, with spigot and socket including all type fittings, such as Tee, elbow, bend, reducer, end cap including all jointing components complete, fixed on wall/in trenches of size 150mm bore, Class K-9 conforming to IS : 8329-2000 complete all as specified and as directed. Note : DI fittings such tee, elbow, bend, flanged end, reducer, end cap, etc. are to be Class K-12.

All as per Serial item No. 7 here-in-before including Note but of size 100mm dia

Supply and laying of galvanised steel water tubes, medium grade of size 80mm bore including all fittings, such as tee, elbow, bend, sockets, etc. and connection, laid in trenches complete all as specified and as directed.

All as per Serial item No. 9 here-in-before but of size 50mm bore.

All as per Serial item No. 9 here-in-before but of size 25mm bore.

Supply and fixing sluice valve of size 150mm dia flanged ends of Class PN-1.6 incliuding taking up/down old existing unserviceable sluice valve complete all as specified and as directed.

All as per Serial item No. 12 here-in-before but sluice valve of size 100mm dia.

Taking out old existing sluice valve of size 150mm dia including refacing, regrinding and refixing the same at the same location and position complete all as specified and as directed.

All as per Serial item No. 14 here-in-before but sluice valve of size 100mm dia.

Supply and fixing of gun metal gate valve of size 50mm dia with iron wheel, screwed at both ends for 50mm GI pipe in trenches including taking out old existing unserviceable one complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing of gun metal gate valve of size 40mm dia with iron wheel, screwed at both ends for 40mm GI pipe in trenches including taking out old existing unserviceable one complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for construction of brick masonry valve pit of size 900x900x1200mm (internal dimension) including necessary excavation and earth work in soft/loose soil, with sub class 'B' bricks, built in cement mortor (1:4), PCC (1:4:8) type D2 (using 40mm graded stone aggregate) as in foundation, 75mm thick PCC (1:3:6) type C1 (using 20mm graded stone agreegate) as in concrete floor and PCC (1:2:4) type B1 (using 20mm graded stone agreegate) as in coping and 12mm thick rendering as internal and exposed @ 2% by weight of cement with and including 40x40x6 mm MS angle iron frame, 3.15mm thick sheet cover with appropriate size lifting handles and locking arrangement and 01 No 50mm size 4 levers lock with keys in duplicate including painting of steel and iron surface with two coats of synthetic enamel paint over one coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for ducttile iron 200 mm bore fittings class K-12 confirming to IS 8329 any type and any size such socket and spigot ends, flangf end pipe,elbow,tee etc complete all as specified and as directed.
