Round the clock (24 hours of day) operation by tradesman’s (Electrician),(having ITI Certificate / other technical qualification/three year experience) in three shifts and preventive maintenance as per Notes below of HT 33/11 KV Main Receiving Station (MRS) consisting of following electrical equipments :- NOTES:- (i) The contractor shall deploy total 03 Electrician (01 Electrician x 3 shifts) on every day. (ii) The rate quoted by contractor is per month per Electrician. No claim whatever shall be entertained on this account at later stage. (iii) Three shifts (Each shift of 8 hours) : First shift (6.00 am to 14.00pm), Second Shift (14.00pm to 22.00pm and Third shift (22.00 pm to 6.00am)

(a) 2.5 MVA Transformer 33/11 KV copper wound with RTCC panel and accessories - 02 Nos

(b)1000 KVA Distribution transformer 11 KV/433 KV copper wound including HT VCB Panel with two incoming 1250 Amps one bus coupler 1250 Amps and six outgoing panel 1250 Amps /630 Amps with relays -03 Nos

(c) LT Panel indoor type -01 No

(d) 63 KVA station transformer 33 KV/433 KV copper wound with all accessories -01 No

(e) HT Capacitor bank , -03 Nos

(f) 33 KV isolator 3 pole -03 Nos

(g) 33 KV Lightning arrestor -01 Set of three

(h) DC battery charger (24 Volts) panel with accessories -01 No

NOTE FOR SRL ITEM NO 1.00:-

(i) The minor repairs as directed by Engineer- in- Charge shall be carried out by the contractor at no extra cost to the department.

(ii) The contractor shall carried out the routine cleaning and periodical checking and all routine test at site as per IS- 2026 all as specified in particular specifications and as per standard Engineer practice and as per the direction of Engineer-in -Charge.

(iii) One No. Electrician shall always be present in each shift. In case of absent of any worker the penalty @ Rs 800.00 per day per shift shall be imposed on the contractor. In addition to above, the contractor shall also have to deploy sufficient number of staff as required for smooth and efficient function/ operation of Main Receiving Station from his own resources and contractor rates quoted in Sch 'A' shall be deemed to include this aspect without any extra cost to the department.

(iv) Electrician shall always be present in proper uniform of approved colour. If operator found without uniform the penalty @ Rs 150.00 per day per shift shall be imposed on the contractor.

(v) Contractor shall be prepare duty roster of electrician and submit concerned in charge/office.

(vi) Police verification should invariably got done for each Electrician.

Providing services by semi-skilled tradesman’s (FGM) or operators , (having ITI Certificate / other technical qualification/three year experience ) for preventive maintenance & operating to different Capacity of DG Sets in shifts wise per day ( Each shift of 8 hours) as per below :- (a) DG Set of different capacities -11 Nos NOTES:- (i) Contractor shall deploy the Fitter General mechanic (FGM) - 3 Nos (01 FGM x 3 shifts) for preventive Maintenance and operation of DG Sets ( 2 Nos 250 KVA & 3 Nos 500 KVA DG Set ( 33KV Sub Stn HQ SWC), (FGM) - 1 No (One FGM for each shift) for (3 Nos 62.5 KVA DG Set (In side HQ SWC Jaipur ) and (FGM) - 1 No (One FGM for each shift) for (3 Nos 30 KVA DG Set (out side HQ SWC Jaipur ) (ii) The contractor shall deploy total 05 FGM on every day. (iii) The rate quoted by contractor is per month per FGM. No claim whatever shall be entertained on this account at later stage.

NOTE FOR SRL ITEM NO 2.00:-

(i) The minor repairs and faults on DG set as directed by Engineer- in- Charge shall be carried out by the contractor at no extra cost to the department.

(ii) The contractor shall carried out the routine cleaning and periodical checking and all routine test at site as per IS- 2026 all as specified in particular specifications and as per standard Engineer practice and as per the direction of Engineer- in -Charge.

(iii) FGM shall always be present in shift as per CA condition . In case of absent of any worker the penalty @ Rs 800.00 per day per shift shall be imposed on the contractor. In addition to above, the contractor shall also have to deploy sufficient number of staff as required for smooth and efficient function/ operation of DG Sets from his own resources and contractor rates quoted in Sch 'A' shall be deemed to include this aspect without any extra cost to the department.

(iv) FGM shall always be present in proper uniform of approved colour. If operator found without uniform the penalty @ Rs 150.00 per day per shift shall be imposed on the contractor.

(v) Contractor shall be prepare duty roster of FGM and log sheet per month and submit 01 day of the month to concerned in charge/office.

(vi) Operating to DG set, when required /in case of electric supply failure and preventive maintenance of DG set, maintaining daily log sheet.

(vi) DHPP and Engine oil required for run DG set will be issued under Sch "B" free for filling and to be collected from MES store yard time to time as when required.

(vii) Police verification should invariably got done for each FGM.

(viii) The rate quoted by contractor shall deemed to be inclusive of all taxes, cess, EPF, levies etc as applicable including GST.

(ix) The minimum wages as published by Govt of India/State/Govt local authorities which is highest and which specific minimum rates of wages shall be payable to manpower provided and necessary proof of payment shall be made available to Engineer-in-Charge as when demanded. In case any complaint receipt regarding delayed and non-payment of minimum wages by the contractor to worker/manpower/operator the GE as principal employer shall pay directly to the operator engaged for the job for in given month on the account of contractor and amount payable shall be deducted.
