Dismantling all types of ceiling, partition and wall lining and stacking the materials as directed by the department for all levels.

Dismantling and removing the existing door and window frame (chowkat) both wooden and steel of different sizes without damaging the walls and removing the frame and necessary repairs to the edges of the walls as directed for all levels. (i) Area of door/window up to 3.00sq.m.

Dismantling all types of corrugated/trapezoidal sheet roofing including ridges, hips, valleys and gutters etc. and stacking the materials as directed by the department for all levels

Providing dressed wood work in post, walls, battens, post plate bressumers etc. including supplying and fixing with spikes, nails, bolt and nuts of 12mm dia(M.S) and required length etc. complete with kiricide oiling two coats to faces in contact with C.C or masonry (M.S flats, angle cleats and bolt and nuts required for flats, angle cleats wherever use shall be measured and paid separately). (d) With White pinewood

Providing single ekra walling 12mm thick plastered on both sides with cement plaster proportion 1:6 (1cement:6sand) complete as directed.

Providing single layer bamboo-mat ceiling with lattice-pattern jaffri or mesh size 40mmx 40mm made out of bamboo slips of size 5mmx2mm size at bottom stiffened with bamboo slip of 25 mm x 5 mm size. (ceiling joist to be measured and paid separately).

Providing Pre Painted Galvanized Iron Sheet Roofing (PPGI) (Dyna roof/Sathyam/ Durakolor/ Century Wells/Prestar/Wonder Roof make or equivalent) at all levels including supplying, fitting and fixing with self drilling, self tapping screws complete. (Roof trusses, purlins etc. to be measured and paid separately) (e) 0.60 mm thick

Providing wood work in frame (chowkats) of doors, windows, clerestory windows and other similar works wrought, framed and fixed in position in contact with C.C or brick masonry wall including supplying, fitting and fixing with M.S. hold fast (40mmx3mmx250mm) as per design embedded in cement concrete block in proportion 1:2:4 and with two coats of kiricide oiling to the timber faces in contact with C.C and masonry as directed and specified. (d) White pinewood.

Providing fitting and fixing battened, framed and braced door and window shutters including oxidised iron butt hinges (100mm x 58mm x 1.90mm) 6nos. with necessary screws complete as directed. (c) White pinewood

Supplying, fitting, fixing electro coloured iron fittings of approved make, reasonably smooth, free from sharp edges and corners, flaws and other defects and with counter sunk holes for wood screws including necessary screws etc. complete. (b) Tower Bolt (ii) 250mm x 10mm

White washing with lime on wall surfaces (two coats) to give an even shade including thoroughly brooming the surface to remove all dirt, dust, mortar drops and other foreign matter.

Applying priming coat over new wood and wood based surfaces over 100mm in girth/width after and including preparing the surface by thoroughly cleaning oil, grease, dirt and other foreign matter, sand papering and knotting. (a) With ready mixed paint , Wood primer (pink/ white).

Painting two coats (excluding priming coat) on new wood and wood based surface with enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture (Asian paint/ Berger paint/ ICI paint/ J & N paint/ Nerolac) to give an even shade including cleaning the surfaces of all dirt, dust and other foreign matter sand papering and stopping. (b) Surfaces up to 100mm in width or girth. (i) General purpose (Asian paint/ Berger paint/ ICI paint/ J & N paint/ Nerolac).

Applying Synthetic enamel paint/aluminium paint / bituminous paint of approved brand on steel and other metal surfaces after removing old paint from the surfaces and preparation of surfaces complete as directed. (a) Removing old paint by hand scraping
