Supply, Installation ,Testing and Commissionning of silent type 62.5 KVA DG set confirming to CPCB -II norms as per the following specification. A) Diesel Engine : Liquid Cooled Diesel Engine, devloping 1500rpm having blower fan of adequate capacity, fanguard, fan belts etc. the Diesel Engine shall be vertical, Electric start, compression ignition, 4 stoke, continuous run at 1500 rpm conforming to IS 10002, ISO-3046, BS 5514 standard with an permissible over load capacity of 10% for one hour in 12 hour in every 12 hrs. of operation complying present CPCB norms: B) Alternator: make Alternator suitable to deliver rated output of 62.5KVA at 1500 rpm, 415V, 0.8 PF(lag), 50 HZ, 3 phase,in SPDP enclosure, self excited & self regulated, brushless. The Alternator should be IS: 4722/BS EN 60034-1 & & will be suitable for tropical condition having full load efficiency above 90%. Class of insulation shall be H, and encloser shall be IP23. C) Gen set Controller : i)Having indication/LCD display for lub oil pressure, battery voltage, engine rpm, fuel level in the dry tank, engine running hrs. indication, AC current, AC Voltage, AC frequency, AC power metering with suitable CTs for dispalying the electrical parameters. ii) Safety Alarms for High engine temperature, low lub oil pressure, low raditor water level, low fuel level, battery high voltage, under/over speed alongwith safety trips for High Engine temperature, low lube oil. D) With AMF control Panel suitable for 62.5KVA DG Set. E) Base frame, F) Fuel Tank having atleast 8 hrs capacity for 03 (three) Shifts, G) 12 Volt battery with leads, E) Canopy. Make:Kirlosker Green /Jackson Cummins/Ashok leyland/Mahindra /Greevs N.B. 1) Rate should be cotated inclusive of all taxes, duties, installation, Testing and commissioning charge (if any) at site). 2) The DG set is to be delivered at site free of cost. 3) Necessary warranty certificate, Testing and Commissioning report are to be submitted duly counter signed by the concern SAE/AE. 4) Necessary Connecting cable req. in between AMF panel & DG set-5 Mtrs. to be supplied free of cost. 5) A deceleration from engine manufacturer about no engine power direction upto 50C ambient temp. should be uploaded during e-filling of Quotation, Full tank of fuel should be provided after final commissioning.

Base foundation for the Installation of DG ( Appx . Base Size - L-3000 mm x W-1500 mm x H-800 mm ) i) Surface Dressing of the ground in any kind of soil including removing vegetation inequalities not exceeding 15 cm depth and disposal of the rubbish within a lead upto 75 m as directed (50 Sq mtr).{ Ref Page-1 Item No- 1) ii) Removal of rubbish,earth etc. from the working site and disposal of the same beyond the compound, in conformity with the Municipal / Corporation Rules for such disposal, loading into truck and cleaning the site in all respect as per direction of Engineer in charge (26.32 Cu mtr).{ Ref Page-12 Item No- 13) iii) Earth work in excavation of foundation trenches or drains, in all sorts of soil (including mixed soil but excluding laterite or sandstone) including removing, spreading or stacking the spoils within a lead of 75 m. as directed. The item includes necessary trimming the sides of trenches, levelling, dressing and ramming the bottom, bailing out water as required complete.(a) Depth of excavation not exceeding 1,500 mm. S/F compression type gland for 3.5 core 90 Sq.mm. Al/Ar cable complete with brass gland, brass ring & rubber ring for dust & moisture-proof entry of XLPE/PVC cables and finishing the end by crimping method incl. supplying and fixing solderless socket (Dowels make) as per GS.

S/F earth busbar of galvanized (Hot Dip) MS flat 25 mm x3 mm on wall having clearance of 6 mm from wall including providing drilled holes on the busbar complete with GI bolts, nuts, washers, spacing insulators etc. as required

Connecting the equipments body to earth busbar including S & F 25 mm x 6 mm galvanised (Hot Dip) MS flat on wall/floor with GI saddles as required and connection to equipments incl. drilling holes, with bolts, nuts, washers etc.

Earthing with 80 mm dia GI pipe (TATA-Medium)x 3.0 Mts. long and 1 No. 65 mm x 8 mm galvanized (Hot Dip) steel strip (4 Mts. long), 20 mm dia x 125 mm long galvanized bolt, double nuts, double washers including finishing both ends by making holes etc. and S & F 80 mm dia GI pipe (ISI-Medium) protection (3 Mts. long) to be filled with bitumen partly under the ground level and partly above ground level to an average depth of 3.65 Mts-- For morum soil

Earthing with Copper plate (610x610x3mm size) having weight of 9.84 Kg and 1 No. 25x5mm Copper strip (3.20 mt long) & 1 no. 6 sqmm PVC insulated stranded Copper wire (4 Mt long) incl. S & F 15 mm dia GI pipe (ISI-Medium) protection (4 mt. long) to be fillied with bitumen, partly under the ground level & partly above ground level to an average depth of 3.65 Mts. below the ground level and restoring the surface duly rammed incl. providing 3.0 mt long, 25 mm dia GI pipe (ISI-Medium) for periodic treatment, incl. providing masonery enclosure on the top of the earth electrode of overall size 86.36x86.36x46cm deep (below Ground level) complete with cemented brick work (1:6) of 25 cm width, duly plastered with cement morter (inside) CI hinged inspection cover of size 36.56x35.56cm with locking arrangement, GI reducer and treatment of soil by using salt & charcoal or coke for plate electrode (for soft soil / morrum soil) for Genarator Neutral Earthing

Supply and installation of acrylic lettering (imported 3 mm ) signages made of 22 SWG stainless steel 304 grade ,enclosed except the facia. The facia should be made of acrylic. provision should be as such that Inside each letter LED lights(defused type ,waterprof) will glow throughout the letter.The led connect through Driver S/F of 28'x8'x10" ACP sheet of 4mm thickness fixed on iron frame, on which the letters will be fixed. The Letters will be as follows:- Size 10'x6'
