Construction of partitions for academic / Administrative Buildings at Govt. Medical College works at Baramulla.

Amount

Providing and fixing of double skin/stud partions (incl provision of doors) with framework made of 75 × 62.5 mm budloo/fir wood arranged in a grid of 875 × 875 mm centre to centre with cross lap/butt joints and reinforced with alumunium/SS angle brackets secured in place with drilled-in screws and dash fasteners, the bottom part upto a height of 925mm to be fixed with 3 mm thick veneered ply ( incl around edges of openings/doors/windows) (Century make, American walnut) finished with spirit polish fixed over 12 mm thick ply board on both the faces of the partition, (with 62.5 mm deodar wood beading fixed along the floor and along breakline) above which (the top portion of the partition) 12.5 mm thick plain Gypsum plaster board is fixed over 10-12 mm thick Medium density fibreboard on both sides of the partition with necessarry screws nails, adhesive, taping all complete as per the Architectural drawings/directions of the engineer in-charge. (Note: The item includes door shutters with 12mm waterproof ply fixed over the same framework (as partitions) and finished with 3mm thick veneered ply and spirit polish incl SS Butt hinges screws etc. all complete. Measurement are to be taken only one sided for payments)

Providing and fixing of frosted glass sheet of nominal thickness 5 mm (weighing not less than 12.5 kg/sqm) incl. deodar wood beading/lipping 75 mm wide and 10 mm thick on both sides of the partition taperrred over the Gypboard edge fixed with nails, screws adhesive and polishing over the wood beadings all complete as per the Architectural drawings/directions of the engineer in-charge.

Providing and fixing Stainless Steel handles of approved quality & make with necessary screws etc all complete. 125mm

Providing and fixing SS/MS spring loaded door closer for door weight upto 80 kg and door upto 1000 mm), with necessary accessories and screws etc. complete :

Providing and fixing aluminum hanging floor door stopper, ISI marked, anodized (anodic coating not less than grade AC 10 as per IS : 1868) transparent or dyed to required colour or shade with necessary screws etc. complete: Twin rubber stopper

Providing and fixing ISI marked oxidized M.S. sliding door bolts (L-drop) with nuts and screws etc. complete : 300x16 mm

Providing and fixing stainless steel tower bolts (barrel type) with necessary screws etc complete.(150x10mm)
