Taking down cement plaster on brick or concrete wall surfaces etc including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water all as specified and directed.

Material & labour for 15 mm thick plastering in two coats 10 mm thick backing coat in CM (1:4) and 5 mm thick setting coat in CM (1:4) mixed with water proofing compound @ 2% by weight of cement on fair faces of brick work or concrete wall surfaces finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed. Note : WPC shall be measured and paid separately.

Supply only integral water proofing compound (ISI Mark)

Material & labour for sand faced cement plaster 20 mm thick in two coats using factory manufactured pre mix/ready mix of 'Roofit Mix'of M/s Premier Floor to Roof Materials pvt.ltd/ 'Easy plast' of M/s Walplast Products pvt.ltd/ 'Readiplast' of M/s Ultratech Cement Ltd/'Soundplast PMC-1' of M/s Sound buildcare pvt.Ltd/ or other approved equivalent make, having minimum composition of C:S :: (1:4) using fully treated dry, well graded natural sand conforming to IS 383 suitable for external plastering, having low rebound properties, low water demand for curing properties, mechanical mixing with water in a metalic tray only to make good consistency as per the specification of the Manufacturer and applied over exterior masonry and concrete surfaces with base coat of 12 mm thick and finishing coat of 8 mm thick final rendering,including using richer mix for making corners if necessary, at all floors and level, including making grooves of existing size wherever required, including cleaning the surfaces, curing etc. complete all as per specifications & complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-Charge

Material & labour for preparing newly plastered or unplastered surfaces and applying two coats of acrylic based exterior paint over a coat of primer & bio wash on walls complete all as specified and directed.

Material & labour for preparing New surface plastered or unplastered surface and applying two coats of oil bound distemper over a coat of primer complete all as specified and directed

Material & labour for preparation of old decorated surfaces of wall & Chajja, terrace & Parapet wall & applying one coats of chemical water proofing treatment (601 raincoat of Pidilite or equivalent) incl necessary scaffolding, Safety net etc such as Flexcoat, Beckcoat Exshield etc or equivalent including filling of cracks in walls/concrete with "Crack- X" of Pidilite or equivalent complete as per manufactures Instructions, incl necessary scaffolding complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge

Removal of existing water proofing treatment of the roof, cleaning with wire brushes etc including demolition of PCC padding of any description and in any position complete all as specified and directed

Material & labour for Plain cement concrete (1:2:4) type B-0 (using 12.5mm graded stone aggregate) mixed with Shali Plast LW+ of STP/Pidilite URP of Dr. Fixit or Equivalent and appoved as per manufactures instruction. Before laying concrete surface shall be cleaned and a bond coat of slurry with Shali Crete URP (of STP) or quivalent with cement to be applied. Alll cracks in slab to be openend in 'V' groove and filled with Shali Fix RMC a Polymer Morter of STP/ equivalent complete all as specified and directed.

Material & labour for 20mm thick rendering in CM (1:4) with the addition of Shaliplast LW+ @ 200ml per bag of cement on fair faces of brick or concrete surfaces complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge

Material & labour for protecting the roof including parapet wall with water proofing coating ,complete as specified below: (a) Clean the surface and apply one coat of primer (STP Shali Urethane BTD diluted in water in 1:1 ratio and applied @ 400 gm/Sqm OR Dr, Fixit primeseal diluted in water in 2:1 ratio and applied @ 7-8 Sqm/ltr) and allows to dry for 6 to 8 hrs. (b) Apply first coat of water proofing coating over primer surface (Shali Urethene BTD with non butuminous bleding of STP Ltd. @ 1 Sqm/Ltr without dilution OR Dr. Fixit New Coat without any dilution @ 2 Sqm /Ltr)

(c) Lay Non woven fiber glass mesh (Reinforcement of Shali Geo Text 40/50 gsm of size 2.5mm x 2.5mm) or equivalent with overlap of 50 mm on both direction while the first coat is still wet. (d) Apply second coat of water proofing coating as per manufactures instruction after 6-8 hrs of drying of first coat. (e) Apply third coat of water proofing coating (as per manucturer instruction) after 6-8 hrs of drying of second coat The total thickness of 1 to 1.2mm must be achieved after 7 days of air cure. Note :- (a) The colour of each coat shall be as directed by GE. (b) The work shall be carried out by authorised applicator only (c) Water proofing to rain water spouts to be done as per manufacturer instruction

Material & labour for water proofing treatment to rain water spouts of entire roof terrace by opening of all the existing failed loose pipes and its Joint (In Old Structure), replacing the same by an appropriate dia pipe( not less then110mm) followed by Application of two coats of cold modified bituminous ensure leakage free joint complete all as specified and directed. Note :- Work includes filling of mortar and making good the same.

Material & labour for Sand Face polymer modified Plaster in patches (25 mm thick) in C.M. ratio (1:4) in two coats, backing coat 15 mm thick over 10 mm thick finishing coat plaster including Drip mould/ Bands / Pattas etc. complete as per the instructions and as per standard technical specification manual or as instructed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Taking down CI soil/ waste/ vent/ pipes including all fittings like shoes bends swan necks etc of any dia complete all as specified and directed. Note :- Inclusive of scaffolding of any hight.

Supply & fix CI soil/ waste/ vent pipe s in any length with ears 100mm bore ISI marked (sand cast) in any length with cement joints fixed to walls complete all as specified and directed

Supply & fix cast iron sand cast pipes , of 75 mm dia in any length fixed with flat iron clamp complete on walls complete all as specified and directed.

Fixing only CI sand cast pipe 100 or 75 mm bore duly cleaned, obtained from taking down complete all as specified and directed.

Supply & fix CI bends or tee( any radius ) for soil / waste pipes 100 mm bore diminshing pieces or tapers on walls complete all as specified and directed

Supply & fix CI branch pieces single (equal or unequal ) ordinary or inverted (spigot or socket type) wirh parallel branches for 100mm bore pipe complete all as specified and directed

Taking down AC rain water pipe any size or pattern incl all fittings heads, shoes, bends, swan necks, including cleaning for refixing or removing to stone.

Supply & fix PVC (SWR) 150 mm bore pipes single socketed, in any lengths with rubber ring joints, fixed to wall with acess door complete all as specified and directed

Supply & fix 110 mm bore PVC (SWR) bends of any redius with acess door complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of brick work built in cement mortar including coping complete all as specified and directed.

Material & labour brick work with subclass B brick straight or curved on plan exceeding 6m mean radius , built in cement mortar (1:4) complete all as specified and directed

Dismantling of plain or corrugated FRP /Steel chajja any Guage thickness including all fittings and removal from MoD land complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge

Supply & fix Pre painted galvalume aluminium zinc coating GI based corrugated steel sheet 0.50 mm thick of an colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/ cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws complete all as specified and directed

Supply & fix Framed brackets or tees with web and flanges cut to shape, drilled and countersunk for screw, including bending and welding angles, as necessary, gusset plates, riveting, etc., conforming to Fe 290 Gde E-165 complete all as specified and directed.

Material & labour applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat red oxide on steel newly surfaces over 10cm width/girth including preparation of surfaces complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of reinforced cement concrete as in roofs, floors (other than ground floors), beams, staircases, landing, chajjas and similar suspended work including cutting of reinforcement cut as required to facilitate demolition including removing of debris out side MoD land. Note :- Reinforcement cut as reqd to facilitate to demolition.

Material & labour for providing and applying jacketting around columns/beams ,Wall with micro concrete (Molith-MC) M-40 including all lifts, shuttering , drilling holes and fixing shear anchor as per specification complete complete all as specified and directed. Note :- (a) Reinforcement shall be measured and paid seprately (b) Rates including jacketing, formwork and micro concrete)

Material & labour for formwork for rough finished surface of concrete (flat surface) to sides of pillars, posts, struts, piers, columns, and stanchions and walls complete all as specified and directed.

Material & labour for replacement of steel reinforcement with TMT bars of appropriate size where 20 % of cross section is reduced including dismantling of rusted steel including application of rust convertor FEOVERT and applying protective coating IPNET - R B complete all as specified and as directed

All as per item No. 34 above but 6mm dia and 8 mm dia upto and including 10mm dia in stirrups, spacers and binders complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of cement concrete un reinforced in ground floor not exceeding 15cm thick (below or above GL) complete all as specified and directed.

Material & labour aluminium grill with suitable aluminium anodised frame section of ‘F’ section of size 23.4 x 15.3 x 1.4 mm thick manufactured by M/S Deco grill pattern DG-102 (7.5mm dia and aparture 50mm) complete all as specified and directed.

Supply & fix stainless steel wire cloth mesh 0.36 mm nominal dia of wire and average width of aperture 1.4 mm fixed with aluminium wire staples complete all as specified and directed

Supply & fix 4 mm thick figured glass pin headed type and glazing with aluminium and neoprene beads in square not exceeding 0.5 Sqm in each pane complete all as specified and directed

Supply & fix 4mm thick plain sheet glass ordinary quality and glazing with aluminium and neoprene beads in square not exceeding 0.5 Sqm in each pane complete all as specified and directed. Note for item No 1 to 49 :- The work in certain bldgs is to be carried out in high storeyed buildings. The rates quoted shall be inclusive of necessary scaffolding and safety measures of labours engaged in the work as per latest labour laws & regulations.
