Annual Maintenance, Cleaning of R and B Drain Division No. II under BMC for 2026-27

Earthwork in slushy soil in water (upto 0.6m depth requring aid of pan and vessels) within initial lead and lift and to dispose off by transport vehicle within initial lead up to 5 km away from work site as per direction of Engineer-in-charge. Note (cleaning rubbish, sludge, weeds scum, liquid earth mud, etc from road side masonry/ Concrete drain/ nikashi by mathor labour after removing concrete drain cover slab/ man hole without damaging and refixing the same properly after cleaning as necessary and removing the sludge etc. by using iron pans, buckets including all labour, tools and plants including expulsion of impure/ imflamable/ asphixiating gases from the drain etc and removing the spoil in dry condition and disposing the same by truck beyond the area of Municipal corporation for such disposal including the cost of loading, unloading, transportation and making arrangement of necessary land for disposal, spreadind and levelling by contractor as necessary etc and cleaning the road side coplete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Supplying all materials labour & T & P with safety protective gears / Kit for clearing of blockage in sewer lines by mechanical means using trally mounted rodding machine with 5 HP deisc! pump to operate the system by insertion of flexible rod of 1.0 1 RM each by jointing one by one up to required length driven by diesel engine to ciear the chockage of sewer line & after clearing the chock remove the rod hy one by one ete. complete as per site condition de direction of Engineer- in charge. The cost towards hire chargesmachine, operators POL. Consumable materials, conveyance, cost of safety ptotective gears as per SOP & labour charges ete. (For upto 250 to 300 mm dia sewer line) with considering drain section for 0.60m to 1.20m wide.

Labour for lifting of RCC cover slab from Drain and placing them at its original position after desilting work is over as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Provision of Machine hole, Fbrication and manufacturing of solid precast concrete element with provision of shear keys,connecting loops, dowel tube and proper lifting assessories for walls beams slabs stair coulmnetc, of various thickness shape and size of different concrete grade manufacture in controlled factory environment with approved methodology including mould pllet system, tilts form, table mould all moulds mixing transporting placing concrete, vibrating, curing finishing making necessary holi of require size for services yard handling stacking all complete as per IS11447:1985 and as per approved shop drawing and design mix as per direction of EIC inclding transportation

Dismantlling and removing R.C.C. columns, beams, slab, staircase, landing, lintels including stacking the useful materials for re-use and removing the debries within 50mtr lead away from work site. (Data for 1 Cum)

C.C (1:2:4) grade with crushed granite coarse aggregate of size 20mm down graded mixed with concrete mixer with all leads, lifts and delifts including cost, coveyance, royalty & taxes etc. of all materials, all labour charges, T&P, hire & running charges of all machinaries & equipment as required, watering & curing etc. complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Positioning, instalations, transportation, Placement and operation of 10 HP diesel pumpset with cost of fuel/ power Charge, Suction & delivery arrangement including necessary fittings, shifting if required and complete running for dewatering during heavy rain in execution period including watch & ward with incidental charges etc. complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge. (Payment will be made on actual use as per the Log book verification.)
