A. Delivery side Sluice Valve of Pump Set No. 06 of size 400 mm dia at Rohini Sector – 23 SPS. Cutting of nut bolts of upper dome & lower dome and removing one by one of bolts and fixed of new bolt for tightening of etc. total no. of bolts.
Removing of complete sluice valve flape and upper dome along with gear box with the help of moving crane to taking out from the Sluice Valve main body.
Loading the complete assembling to truck for repairing purpose at workshop and unloading at workshop by moving crane.
Dismantling of gear box from the top of the sluice valve body flape, gland housing and gland bolts washing of each part by chemical solution and diesel etc to removing the rust.
Repairing of C.I sluice flape by making proper sealing arrangement of spindle nut seat for lifting of flape up & down by rotation of spindle with gear box by bolting with C.I plate as per job condition on both side of seat.
Repairing of SS Seat of flape by remetalling, polishing etc. and making grinding as required by job.
Repairing of Bronze Nut by fixing of Bronze Bush in worn out damage thread and rethreading the same (As per Sample).
Replacement of thrust bearing No 51214.
Repairing of SS Spindle by remetalling of its thread portion & rethreading the same & also repairing of SS guide of seat of nut etc. as required.
Repairing of gear box by repairing of main gear teeth & pinion, repairing of bearing housing of gear box & replacement of all bearings & oil seal as required by job.
Repairing of gland housing by boring & also repairing of gland plate etc. as required.
Nut bolt of different size.
Assembly of complete Sluice Valve along with the new nut bolts, packing, gland dori & other items by opening of plate with nut bolts & fixing by moving crane etc. as required by job.
