Ceiling Paint Finish: Supply and painting tractor emulsion with 1 coat of primer 2 coats for wall putty for levelling, sanding and 2 coats of colour paint as per the design approved by the architect or site incharge including labor material, cleaning, scrubbing, tools, sanding, masking tape, scaffolding and complete works.

Gypsum False Celling: Providing and fixing 12.5mm thick Gypsum Board ceiling as per the design approved by the Architect or site authority, surfaces in plain including G.I. suspenders forming a grid of intermediate channel with ceiling sections fixed at right angle to the underside of intermediate channels with connecting clips complete as per India Gypsum Technical Manual including finishing with jointing compound and joint paper tapes and fixing of perimeter channel at both ends. Vertical edges to be provided & given Plaster of Paris cornice of approved design of 150x150mm using best quality Plaster of Paris. The rate shall also include cutting the Gypsum board for light fixtures/A.C. diffusers etc. and providing necessary and additional frame work for fixing the same. Wherever perimeter channels are cut in this process, additional support shall be made for proper stability without any extra cost.

Wooden Panel: Marine plywood 12mm thick marine plywood board: Providing and fixing marine plywood 710 Grade IS 710: 2010 marked, of approved make to existing aluminium framework, backing or studding with screws etc. complete as per architectural drawings and as directed by Engineering in-charge. Plywood Board/HDHMR Board/laminate Make: (Century/Action Tesa/Merino/Greenlam or Equivalent make as approved by engineer in-charge/employer).

Fluted Panel: Supply and installation of imported PVC fluted panels as per the design approved by the Architect or Authority including necessary aluminium supports from the wall backing or studding with screws, frameworks, wastages and complete works.

Open Shelves: Marine plywood 16mm thick marine plywood board: Providing and fixing marine plywood factory made shelves type with 0.8 laminates with edge bands matching laminates and additional ledge supports from the wall 710 Grade IS 710: 2010 marked, of approved make to aluminium framework, backing or studding with screws, ledge rods, hadwares, pasting etc. complete as per architectural drawings and as directed by Engineering in-charge. PVC French Moulding Beading: Supply and fixing of PVC French moulding / beading of approved profile, size, and colour — fixed on wall junctions, panel edges, or door/window trims — complete with adhesive, nails, and finishing, as directed by the Architect / Engineer in charge. The work includes all labour, materials, scaffolding, wastage, and finishing for a complete job.

Green Upholstery Seating: Supplying, fabricating, and placing Green Upholstery Seating of approved design, size, and finish. The seating shall be made of an internal frame using Seasoned Hardwood or MS frame (1" x 1" square pipe, 16 SWG) with proper bracing. Seat and back to be provided with high-density PU foam (40 ± 2 kg/m³) upholstered in premium fabric / leatherette in green shade as approved. Seat height approx. 450 mm and back height 850–900 mm or as per design. The work shall include all hardware fittings, MS base supports, nylon bushes, anti-skid levelling glides, SS screws, and bolts. MS components to be powder-coated (60–80 microns) in black or grey finish. Backrest and armrest (if any) to be ergonomically contoured and finished neatly with proper stitching. All exposed edges to be smooth and rounded. Complete in all respects, including materials, labour, upholstery, stitching, hardware, finishing, and installation at site, as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Photo Frames: Supplying and fixing Photo Frames made of seasoned hardwood / MDF frame of approved design and profile, finished with melamine polish / PU paint / veneer finish as specified. Each frame shall include 4 mm thick clear glass on front, 3 mm MDF backing board, and mounting hooks / clips for wall fixing. Frames to be fitted neatly with stainless steel screws, L-brackets, and wall plugs, fixed securely at the required height and alignment as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. All materials, hardware, accessories, and installation shall be included to deliver a complete and high-quality finish.

Paint Finish: Supply and painting premium washable emulsion with 1 coat of primer 2 coats for wall putty for leveling, sanding and 2 coats of color paint as per the design approved by the architect or site incharge including labor material, cleaning, scrubbing, tools, sanding, masking tape, scaffolding and complete works.

Fixed Glass Providing and fixing Fixed Glass Panel made of 12 mm thick clear toughened safety glass of approved make (Saint Gobain / Modi Guard / AIS / equivalent), installed on aluminium or uPVC framing system of suitable profile. The frame shall be powder-coated (60–80 microns) in approved colour and securely fixed to the floor, wall, or ceiling with SS screws, cleats, brackets, and silicon sealant. All joints shall be sealed with clear neutral-cure silicone (Dow Corning / Wacker / equivalent) and neoprene rubber gaskets for airtight, dust-proof, and vibration-free installation. The glass shall be machine-cut to accurate size, edges polished, and installed true to line and level, complete with all necessary hardware, fittings, scaffolding, and accessories, as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Black Aluminium Frame : Providing, fabricating, and fixing Black Aluminium Frame made from powder-coated aluminium sections (60–80 microns) of approved make and design, using extruded profiles (minimum 1.6–2.0 mm thick) conforming to IS:733 & IS:1285. Frame to be fabricated true to line and level, mechanically jointed with concealed cleats, stainless steel screws, and sealed with neoprene / EPDM rubber gaskets. The frame shall be installed to receive glass / board / panel (as applicable), complete with corner brackets, anchor fasteners, snap-on trims, silicon sealant, and all hardware fittings. All joints to be neat, aligned, and free from visible gaps. The frame shall be securely anchored to wall, floor, and ceiling surfaces as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

CARPETING : Providing and fixing carpet flooring of imported loopile nylon type carpet as per the design and colour approved by the Architect/site incharge complete in all respect including fixing of 5 mm thick poly urethene foam rolls below the carpet. Rates quoted should include cost of adhesives, fixing, cutting of carpet etc complete in all respects.

Grid Celling: Providing and fixing 600mmx600mm Armstrong ceiling tiles as per the design approved by the Architect or Authority, exposed grid system with 15mm wide T-section flanges, wihite colour 15mm gird to comprise main runners spaced at The last hanger at the end of each main hanger should not be greater than 600mm from adjacent wall. Flush fitting and cross tees to be interlocked between main runners at 600mm modules. Cut cross tees longer than 600mm require independent support.The rate shall include cutting of the tiles for light fixtures/A.C. diffusers etc. and providing necessary and additional frame work for fixing the same.

Reading Desk: Supplying, fabricating, and installing Reading Desk made of 25mm thick pre-laminated MDF / plywood top (ISI-marked), finished with 1.0mm thick laminate on both sides and 2mm PVC edge banding, fixed on powder-coated MS frame (16SWG, 1" to 1.5" square pipe) with cross bracing and nylon level adjusters. The desk shall include modesty panel (18mm pre-laminated board), all necessary hardware fittings (Hettich / Hafele / Ebco / equivalent), cable manager with PVC cap, screws, edge banding adhesive, and complete finishing as per approved shade and design. All MS parts to be pre-treated and powder-coated (60–80 microns). Desk shall be sturdy, level, and free from sharp edges, complete in all respects as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Chair: Supply and fixing of readymade Hi-back rolling type pvd coated metal base (black finish) with adjustable arm rest executive chair as per the design approved by the Architect or Authority.

Library Shelves: Supplying, fabricating, and installing Library Shelves made of approved design and size, constructed from 18 mm thick pre-laminated MDF / Particle Board / Plywood (ISI-marked) with 1 mm thick decorative laminate on exposed surfaces and balancing laminate on inner faces. Shelves to be provided with adjustable intermediate shelves, supported on SS pins / metal shelf supports, with proper edge banding (2 mm PVC edge tape) on all visible edges. The unit shall be complete with bottom skirting / base frame made of 1” x 1” MS square pipe (16 SWG) or solid plywood plinth, finished with powder coating / laminate skirting. All necessary hardware fittings such as hinges, shelf pins, handles, screws, brackets, corner cleats, and buffers shall be included (Hettich / Hafele / Ebco / equivalent). All joints shall be machine-cut, tight-fitting, and properly aligned. Shelves to be modular, sturdy, termite-proof, and free from sharp edges or warping. Complete in all respects as per approved drawing, finish, and direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Visitors Chairs: Supply and fixing of readymade fixed type visitor chair with jute finish upholstery with foam cushion, pvd coated metal base (black finish) as per the design approved by the Architect or Authority.

Staff Chairs: Supply and fixing of readymade fixed type visitor chair with jute finish upholstery with foam cushion, pvd coated metal base (black finish) as per the design approved by the Architect or Authority.

Staff Desk: Supplying, fabricating, and installing Staff Desk made of 25 mm thick Pre-laminated MDF / Particle Board / BWP Plywood (ISI-marked) with both sides laminated using 1.0 mm thick decorative laminate in approved colour and texture. All exposed edges shall be finished with 2 mm PVC edge banding using hot-melt adhesive. Tabletop to be supported on a powder-coated MS frame (16 SWG, 1”x1” or 1.5”x1.5” square tube) or on modular panel sides made of laminated board. Each desk to include a modesty panel, keyboard tray, CPU trolley, and cable manager. All necessary hardware fittings — SS screws, telescopic drawer channels, hinges, locks, cable grommets, adjustable leg bushes, and brackets (Hettich / Hafele / Ebco / equivalent) — shall be included. The desk shall be complete in all respects, assembled and installed at site with proper alignment, finishing, and edge protection, as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Executive Table: Supply and installation of factory made/ ready made and assemble type executive table as per the design and architectural diagram approved by the Architect or Authority including table tom 12mm plain glass as per design with keyboard accessories, wire manager cut on both wood and glass. ply make shall be IS 710 water proof board with 0.8mm laminates covered both sides, 2mm suitable edgebanding, necessary hardwares, 12mm PVC bushes at bottom and handles complete works.

Executive Chair: Supply and fixing of readymade Hi-back rolling type pvd coated metal base (black finish) with adjustable arm rest executive chair as per the design approved by the Architect or Authority.
