Excavation in Soil using Hydraulic Excavator and Tippers with disposal upto 1000 metres. (Excavation for roadwork in soil with hydraulic excavator including cutting and loading in tippers, trimming bottom and side slopes, in accordance with requirements of lines, grades and cross sections, and transporting to the embankment location within all lifts and lead upto 1000m)

Compacting original ground supporting subgrade Loosening of the ground upto a level of 500 mm below the subgrade level, watered, graded and compacted in layers to meet requirement of table 300-2 for subgrade construction.

Cement Treated Crushed Rock or Combination as per clause 403.2 and providing, laying and spreading Material on a prepared sub grade, adding the designed quantity of cement to the spread Material, mixing in place with rotavator, grading with the motor grader and compacting with the road roller at OMC to achieve the desired unconfined compressive strength and to form a layer of sub-base/base. (i) for Sub-Base course

Wet Mix Macadam (Plant Mix Method) Providing, laying, spreading and compacting graded stone aggregate to wet mix macadam specification including premixing the Material with water at OMC in mechanical mix plant carriage of mixed Material by tipper to site, laying in uniform layers with paver in sub- base / base course on well prepared surface and compacting with vibratory roller to achieve the desired density.

Providing and applying primer coat with bitumen emulsion on prepared surface of granular Base including clearing of road surface and spraying primer at the rale of 0.70 kg/sqm using mechanical means.

Tack Coat on Granular Surface treated with primer (Providing and applying tack coat with bitumen emulsion using emulsion pressure distributor at the rate of 0.25 kg per sqm on the prepared bituminous/granular surface cleaned with mechanical broom.

Bituminous Concrete (Providing and laying bituminous concrete with higher capacity batch type hot mix plant using crushed aggregates of specified grading, premixed with bituminous binder @ 5.2 per cent of mix and filler, transporting the hot mix to work site, laying with a hydrostatic paver finisher with sensor control to the required grade, level and alignment, rolling with smooth wheeled, vibratory and tandem rollers to achieve the desired compaction as per MORTH specification clause No. 507 complete in all respects (i) Grading-I-(13mm Nominal Size) (a) VG-40

Hard Shoulder (Construction of granular sub-base by providing close graded Material, mixing in a mechanical mix plant at OMC, carriage of mixed Material to work site, spreading in uniform layers with motor grader on prepared surface and compacting with vibratory power roller to achieve the desired density, complete as per clause 401)

Earthen Shoulder (Construction of subgrade and earthen shoulders with approved material obtained from borrow pits with all lifts & leads, transporting to site, spreading, grading to required slope and compacted to meet requirement of table No.300-2))

Landslide Clearance in soil (Clearance of landslides in soil and ordinary rock by a bull-dozer D 80 A-12, 180 HP and disposal of the same on the valley side)
