Caretaking of all suits including attending to visitor,serving drinking water,attending telephones,maintaining record of booking for all suits,preparation of tea and meals as and when required ,replacement of bed sheets , towels,soaps etc.getting complete all the entries regarding checking in and out from visitor ,collecting charges from visitor and depositing the same to authorities,general upkeeping including cleaning of toilet with procedure of spraying foam,rinsing and vacuuming, cleaning of utensils , washing of soiled bed sheet i/c pillow covers towels blanket/quilt covers and all other duties of caretaking assigned from time to time all complete and periodical cleaning of overhead water tank(entire area of the tank shall be scrubbed thoroughly with wire brush etc. and pressure washed with water,the treated surface shall be dried using air jetting and finally the surface shall be treated with ultraviolet radiation) and closing and opening of main gate etc complete as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge. (Consumable like detergenl/floorcleaners/ disinfectants/ soap/duster etc.and cleaning charges for curtains/bedding etc. shall be born by the agency. Only crockery utensils,curtains ,bedding ,gas stove with cylinder etc.shall be provided by the department.One cook and helper should be available at the time of breakfast,lunch ,evening tea and dinner.One caretaker should remain available round the clock.).Note:-Cleaning material to be supplied by the department).

Providing complete cleaning including cleaning of the corridors of each floor ,open premises,surroundings, common area .It also includes sweeping and mopping (by mixing disinfectants/chemicals) of all the rooms,dusting and cleaning of window panes,furnitures , curtains etc. with vacuum cleaner and cleaning with chemical agents and collection of all waste material and dumping it to the municipal dump all complete as per the direction of EIC.

Providing one No. Hindi daily and one English newspaper (like Hindustan or Dainik Jagran & Times of India) for visitors of I/Q etc. complete as per direction of EIC.

Maintaining all plants (potted plants also included) Shrubs,Hedges,Trees,Grassy lawn i/c watering,cutting ,pruning,mowing with manually operated lawn maker(atleast having the gears of which spin a whorl of between five and eight spiral shaped blade at the rear of the mower.The two working together,slice the blades of grass to provide a smooth ,fine grass surface),forking the soil,mixing necessary manure uprooting weeds and removing all rubbish,dry leaves to the dumping ground within the 50m distance, leveling of undulation by filling mixture of sand and good earth applying insecticides/pesticides by using Bevistin,furadinm-45 or rogure etc and chemical fertilizer like NPK,urea Bonemeal etc.as and when required and planting some seasonal plants etc.all complete as per the direction of Engineer-In-Charge(The rate include the cost of T&P and the cost of insecticides, pesticides, chemical fertilizer etc.) at permises of IQ.
