Excavating in trenches, n exc 1.5 m wide and n exc 1.5 m in depth; for foundation, etc. Or for shafts, wells, cesspits,manholes, pier holes, etc. N exc 10 sq m on plan and n exc1.5 m in depth and getting out hard/dense soil,complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply only broken stone/boulders aggregate for loose filling, of gauge 80 mm to 150 mm graded complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M & L for providing PCC 1:4:8, type D-2 (using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in foundations, filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for preparation of new plastered wall surfaces and applying two coats of cement base paint over a coat of alkali resistant primer complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M & L for Non-Skid coloured ceramic coloured tiles, first quality, 7 to 8 mm thick (square/ rectangular) area of each tile exceeding 0.11 sqm not exceeding 0.18 sqm, in floors etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match with the shade of tiles including 15 mm thick screed bed or bedding layer in Cement Mortar 1:6 for laying floor finishes complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for coloured glazed ceramic tiles in vertical surfaces of size (300mm x 200mm x 7mm thick/ first quality, set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed with white or coloured cement mixed with pigments. (Note: Any disturbed surfaces shall be matched w/o any extra cost to the govt) including 10mm thick screed bed below tile for dado/skirting CM 1:4 complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for coloured glazed ceramic tiles in vertical surfaces of size (350mm x 250mm x 7mm thick/450x350x7mm) first quality, set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed with white or coloured cement mixed with pigments. M&L for vitrified tiles light shade of 10 mm thick (square/rectangular) polished bright, area of tiles not exc 0.36 Sqm as in floors/skirting/dados etc set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match with the shade of tiles including 15 mm thick screed bed or bedding layer in cement mortar 1.6 complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. Make as per PS.

S&F 25mm bore 3-layer PP-R Polypropylene random copolymer concealed pipes SDR 7.4 (PN 16) UV stabilized and antimicrobial fusion welded having thermal stability for hot & cold water supply including all PP-R plain & brass treaded polypropylene random fittings like elbow, socket, FTA, MTA etc fixed complete to walls, ceilings or in floors etc. including all fittings for fixing to walls and taking down old existing steel tubing and connections complete all as specified and directed.

S&F 32mm bore 3-layer PP-R Polypropylene random copolymer concealed pipes SDR 7.4 (PN 16) UV stabilized and antimicrobial fusion welded having thermal stability for hot & cold water supply including all PP-R plain & brass treaded polypropylene random fittings like elbow, socket, FTA, MTA etc fixed complete to walls, ceilings or in floors etc. including all fittings for fixing to walls and taking down old existing steel tubing and connections complete all as specified and directed.

The size of rail and stile as per IS : 1003 (Part I), kiln seasoned and chemically pressure treated complete all as specified by Engr-in-Charge.

S&F 30mm thick, factory made 2nd class hard wood glazed and skeleton shutters, open rebated and prepared to receive glass, gauze, etc. (without sash bars), edges of framing plain, chamfered or rounded. fitted with cut and mitred beads for securing glass, etc.; sizes of members of shutters as specified in SSR Part I, Section 8, clause 8.24 (a); supplied and fitted to chowkats complete, all as specified and directed by Engr in Charge. Make as per PS.

M&L for plain sheet glass 4mm thick ordinary quality and glazing with oil putty or wooden beads in square not exc 0.50 sqm in each pane including hacking out old broken glass (any thick ness, size, quality or description) from wooden panes or stone, concrete or brick surrounds, glazed with oil putty or fixed with beads complete all as specified and directed by Engr in charge.
