Consultancy services for Sewage Underground sump of 500KLD capacity having tentative size of 12m dia and 11.30m depth from the ground level, constructed by Well sinking method.The nature of soil as per soil investigation is of poorly graded sand upto a depth of 12m and Water table at 1.5m from ground level. The details of consultancy services to be provided are furnished as follows :-

Structural Design and Drawing, Detailed Project Report (DPR) Final Architectural Drawing

Preperation and submission of DPR, structural design and drawing- Structural GAD with detailed notes and final architectural drawings duly incorporating all details from client (CWE(Navy) Vasco Goa)/ GE(SB) Karwar).Getting all structural drawings checked from Engineer-in-charge as well as vetting from NIT/IIT/IISc and incorporating all the amentments/corrections suggested by the client based on approved General Arrangement Drawing(GAD),Preperation of structural design as per relavant IS codes using softwares and to be submitted in phases (preliminary and final drawing).Final submission of all drawings(both structural,architectural) in hard copy (A1 size tracing paper) soft copy in CD and final submission of approved structural drawing-02 sets with supporting relavent design data including proof checking and vetting from NIT/IIT/IISc

Detailed Estimate

Consultancy charges for preparation of detailed estimate under MES SSR 2020 items & Non SSR items, tender documents, method of construction, yardstick, Plinth Area rates, Abstract and Market Rate Analysis of each items including BOQ and taking of quantities and abstract priced as per MES SSR 2020 and submission of of detailed market analysis of each items of all schedule along with quotation to CWE(Navy) Vasco all as specified and directed.

Note :- (a) The Consultancy should have a prior experience in designing underground sump by Well Sinking Method(Caisson Well Method) in last 07years. (b) The Consultant is advised to conduct a site visit before quoting for better understanding of the nature of work. (c) The total duration for designing,preperation of drawing,vetting,detailed estimate and submission of DRR will be 02 months/08weeks from the acceptance of contract.
