GAS ENGINE DRIVEN 1200 SCMH CNG COMPRESSORS AND ITS ASSOCIATED AUXILIARIES (SUPPLY)

Design, Engineering, Manufacturing, Supply including packaging and forwarding, insurance, custom clearance, handling, loading and unloading at port, delivery & unloading at Client's store /site of Skid mounted gas engine driven 1200 SCMH CNG Compressor Package with explosion proof electric & control panel having suction pressure of 17.5 kg/cm2(g), inlet line pressure range of 16 – 49 kg/cm2(g) (performance range 16 to 19 kg/cm2(g) with discharge pressure 255 kg/cm2(g) with 9 bank Priority panel. The package shall be inclusive of: a) String test of complete compressor package along with gas engine and accessories at packagers' factory. b) Special tools & tackles required for erection and commissioning (list of tools & tackles to be furnished by the bidder) c) Design, Engineering, Manufacturing, Supply including packaging and forwarding, insurance, custom clearance, handling, loading and unloading at port and delivery & unloading at Client's store /site of air compressor of capacity 7.5 KW-, discharge pressure approx 16 kg/cm2g, 1000 water litre capacity air receiver

Transportation Charges towards the supply of cascade platform for those compressor packages where the requirement is specifically intimated by GAIL Gas or it's Authorized representative

TRANSPOTATION OF GAS ENGINE DRIVEN 1200 SCMH CNG COMPRESSORS to Bengaluru GA along with ITS ASSOCIATED AUXILIARIES (SUPPLY)

Notes : - 1. The quantities may vary considering project requirement. 2. Amount towards transportation shall be payable based on quantities actually transported to various locations and the rate quoted. 3. Considering large size of GA's involving multiple districts/cities in each GA, as per requirement, supplies shall be made to designated stores which may be located anywhere within the GA. Exact location of stores shall be intimated prior to despatch of material.

RE-TRANSPOTATION SERVICES

In case, Compressor(s) is delivered to stores due to non-readiness of site, loading, Re-transportation from stores to unloading at site within the same city (Refer note of MR)

INSTALLATTON, COMMISSIONING, TESTING ETC.

Installation, commissioning & Field performance test of Compressor Package including air compressor system at site.

Total amount for Supply, Inland Transportation, Re-TRANSPOTATION SERVICES and INSTALLATTON, COMMISSIONING, TESTING ETC (inclusive of taxes) based on quoted price

CHARGES FOR OPERATIONS OF CNG COMPRESSOR PACKAGE Bidder to ensure the minimum wages of Semi-skilled personnel for construction industries per day (in Rupees) of respective state/ Central (whichever is higher).

Lumpsum Operation charges per Compressor package for 1st year i.e. during Warranty period (Rates per package for 3 shifts X 365 days) Note: Minimum charges towards deployment of Operator per CNG compressor package per year for 03 shifts is Rs. 11,24,000/- . Bidder to quote either the minimum charges as mentioned above i.e. Rs. 11,24,000/- or higher

Lumpsum Operation charges per compressor package for 2nd year (Rates per package for 3 shifts X 365 days) Note: Minimum charges towards deployment of Operator per CNG compressor package per year for 03 shifts is Rs. 11,63,000/- . Bidder to quote either the minimum charges as mentioned above i.e. Rs. 11,63,000/- or higher

Operation charges per package for 3rd year (Rates per package for 3 shifts X 365 days) Note: Minimum charges towards deployment of Operator per CNG compressor package per year for 03 shifts is Rs. 12,04,000/- . Bidder to quote either the minimum charges as mentioned above i.e. Rs. 12,04,000/- or higher

Operation charges per package for 4th year per shift of 8hrs (Rates per package for 3 shifts X 365 days) Note: Minimum charges towards deployment of Operator per CNG compressor package per year for 03 shifts is Rs. 12,46,000/- . Bidder to quote either the minimum charges as mentioned above i.e. Rs. 12,46,000/- or higher

LUMP SUM ANNUAL REPAIR & COMPREHENSIVE MAINTENANCE ETC.

Lump sum repair & comprehensive maintenance charges (excluding the scope covered under warrantee) per Compressor Package including air compressor for 1st year during warrantee period in all Geographical Areas of GAIL Gas inclusive of all manpower, spare parts, lubricants and consumables etc. (Charges Per packages per year) Note: The quoted percentage (%) rate for one compressor package for one year must be equal to or more than 4.25% of unit price of MR Item no. A.1 quoted by the bidder.

Lump sum repair & comprehensive maintenance charges (including major overhaul) per Compressor Package including air compressor in all Geographical Area’s under GAIL Gas periphery inclusive of all manpower, spare parts, lubricants and consumables etc. For the 2nd year. (Charges Per packages per year) Note: The quoted percentage (%) rate for one compressor package for one year must be equal to or more than 5.0 % of unit price of MR Item no. A.1 quoted by the bidder.

Lump sum repair & comprehensive maintenance charges (including major overhaul) per Compressor Package including air compressor in all Geographical Area’s under GAIL Gas periphery inclusive of all manpower, spare parts, lubricants and consumables etc. For the 3rd year. (Charges Per packages per year) Note: The quoted percentage (%) rate for one compressor package for one year must be equal to or more than 5.25% of unit price of MR Item no. Value of Gas Loss & Gas Consumption

A. Package Gas Loss F = (G x H x I x N x W)/100 Where, F = Loading amount in Rs. G = Vent/Leakage rate quoted in percentage for respective year (e.g. if a bidder wants to quote 0.1% then he has to quote 0.1 in the cell) H = Cost of Natural Gas per Kg @ Rs. 77/‐ per kg I = Avg. numbers of running hours per year i.e. @ 3650 hours N = Number of CNG Compressors W = 903 Kg/hr for 1200 SCMH Note- 1. Bidder to quote 'G = Vent/Leakage rate in percentage' (without affixing % symbol) 2. In case the Package loss is quoted more than 1% of suction capacity gas consumption, the bid shall be rejected. 3. The value quoted by bidder should be same as mentioned in 'Gauranteed parameters' submitted with bid documents.

B. Engine Fuel Consumption: F = G x H x I x N Where, F = Loading amount in Rs. G = Bidder’s Gas consumption rate quoted in Kg/hr for every 1200 SCMH (903Kg) of CNG for respective year. produced H = Cost of Natural Gas per Kg @ Rs. 77/‐ per kg I = Avg. no. of running hours per year i.e. @ 3650 hours N = Number of Compressor = 15 Numbers 1) Fuel Consumption quoted by the bidder under guaranteed parameters shall lie within the range of 30 to 33 Kg/hr for 1200 SCMH. No benefit will be given below 30 Kg/hr for 1200 SCMH. 2) In case the fuel consumption quoted by the bidder exceeds the upper limit i.e. 33 Kg/hr for 1200 SCMH the bid shall be rejected. 3) Bidder to quote ''Bidder’s Gas consumption rate in Kg/hr for every 1200 SCMH(903 Kg/hr) of CNG produced" 4) The value quoted by bidder should be same as mentioned in 'Gauranteed parameters' submitted with bid documents. [Only the incremental number over & above 30 for Fuel Consumption quoted by the bidder shall be taken into consideration for evaluation] e.g. if a bidder quotes 30, then there will be “Zero” loading.
