Supply and fixing of Aluminum Flexible Prismatic Sheeting shall be of 1ft width and laminated at the back with a 50-micron thick Aluminum (Al) foil with pressure sensitive adhesive and liner, further this flexible prismatic sheeting shall have screen printed arrow /slant line pattern in black colour on top in continuous roll format. Neither AFP sheeting nor the flexible prismatic sheeting used shall crack when slowly bent in second time around a 1/8th inch mandrel after being conditioned for 24 hrs at 0 degrees and tested as per section s2.2.2 of ASTM, D 4956-09. The AFP sheeting with the linear removed shall be applied with a neoprene contact adhesive with polychloroprene as base viscosity of 200-450 cps and solid content of 20-30 % once applied the edges of the product shall be extremely resistant to peel off . Providing and fixing reflective road studs of category B raised pavement markers made out of polycarbonate/ABS moulded body and reflective panels (bi-convex reflectors) with micro prismatic lens capable of providing total internal reflection of the light entering the lens face with retro-reflectance and chromaticity values conforming to ASTM D4280. The reflective raised pavement markers shall also confirm to the MORTH circular No RW/NH.33023/10/97-DO.III dt.11.06.97 and the length, height and width of the body shall not be less than 100 mm, 15 mm and 90 mm and base of marker shall be flat within 1.3 mm. The marker shall support a load of 13635 kg tested in accordance with ASTM D4280. Lenses shall be moulded of polycarbonate or methyl methecrylate conforming to ASTM D788. The area of each retro-reflectory surface shall not be lesss than 13.0 sq.cm. The slope of retro-reflectory surface shall be 35+5 degree to base. Each reflector shall have a CIL not less than values specified in table 2 of said MORTH circular and two cylindrical Polymer shanks of not less than 20 mm diameter and not less than 30 mm length shall be provided for better anchorage 3.5m spacing.

Filling with pebbles of 3 to 6mm size complying with standard specification including cost and conveyance of all materials and including labour charges for laying handling and filling in layers of not more than 500mm thick complete for Rain water Harvesting well.
Brick work in C.M. 1:4 for using best quality chamber bricks including cost & conveyance of materials to the site, labour charges and all other incidental charges etc., complete and as directed by the engineer incharge for rain water harvesting.
Vibrated reinforced cement concrete M25 (Design mix) using ISS Graded metal including cost and conveyance of all materials and cost of cement to site but excluding cost and fabrication of steel but including soft water, labour charges for mixing, transporting, laying, curing concrete, working at depths, hire charges for tools and plants, including all other incidental charges, etc., complete for Rain water Harvesting well Cover slab.
Plastering with cement mortar 1:5 admixed with suitable water proofing compound 12mm thick over the water proofing coating including cost and conveyance of all materials to site including cost of cement water proofing compound, soft water, labour charges for curing etc; complete as per relevant std.specification.
Filling with 40mm size ISS metal complying with standard specification inculding cost and conveyance of all and inculding labour charges for laying, handing and filling in layers of not more than 500mm thick complete for rain water harvesting well.
Supply and Fabrication of High Yield Strength Deformed bar approved type of steel Fe-500 , conforming to IS:1786-1985, required for all RCC items of works involved in the schedule, including cost of steel at site and cost of fabrication labour charges for cleaning the rods straightening,cutting,bending,tying grills, including over laping to the required length wherever necessary and providing to the reinforcement placing the reinforcement in position as specified in the drawings including cost of binding wire, provision of spacer bars, cover blocks and all other incidental charges , etc., complete as per cl.1600 of MORT&H Specifications (V Revision).
Supply and Fixing of best quality PVC pipes of 110mm dia inculding necessary specials such as elbow, Tee, etc., including cutting, jointing, including cost of pipe specials, labour charges for fixing in position vertically and horizontally in trestle portion and all other incidental charges, etc., complete for connecting drainage spout with Rain Water Harvesting Well.
Sub Estimate- Providing Disposal of Surplus cut Earth
Conveyance of excavated earth excluding the refilling quantity and Dismantled Quantity of existing retaining wall with a lead of 5 km by tipper carries along with the process of earthwork excavation for foundation of ROB and Retaining wall, for the disposal of surplus earth at the place specified by the engineer and in the specified lines by the departmental officers and stacking the same at specified locations for premeasurements for making payment and including all incidental charges etc., complete.
