Raising of foundations of reinforcement cement concrete blocks in line bay and transformer bay of 2x2.5MVA 33/11KV sub-station above HFL by way of :- Raising of foundations of reinforcement cement concrete blocks in line bay and transformer bay of 2x2.5MVA 33/11KV sub-station above HFL by way of :- Providing and laying in position reinforcement cement concrete of specified grade in (1:2:4) mix i.e. 1 cement : 2 Corse sand : 4 graded stone aggregated 20 mm nominal size as per below details. I. Block for 3.15/2.15MVA Power Transformers 2x 3.12 Mtr long x 3.12 Mtr width x 1.5 Mtr high= 29.20m3 Block for CT assy. and VCB 2x{1.44x0.90x0.30+ 0.95x0.30x0.225}+(1.57x0.9x0.30+0.97x0.30x0.225)=1.495 say1.50Cum

Centering and shuttering including propping etc. and removal of form for laying of mass concrete. 2x4x3.12x1.5+2x(0.95x0.30+0.3x0.225+0.97x0.3+0.3x0.224)=39.15 Say 39 sqm

Improvement in earthing of 2x2.5MVA 33/11KV Sub Station by fitting an additional earthing mesh in the following manner

Earthwork excavation by manual means as per below details including dressing of sides ----- 3.0'x1.0'x360m/10.75+{(80.0'x29.0')-430sft}x1.5'/36.28=100cum+78cum=178Cum

Providing, Fitting of GMS (3M Long 25mm dia. ) Solid electrodes each at an interval of 3M along the periphery of the yard.

P/F of G-I strip ( 50x8mm size) at an interval of 3M connecting each strip with the corresponding electrode, thereby forming a mesh of 3x3 M --360M

Excavation for constructing an earthing pit consisting of 04 No holes and Providing, fitting of earthing electrodes (3M Long 40mm dia. G-I Pipe. )

Disassembling of isolator assay from the GI Tube Structure and lowering to the ground and then Providing, hoisting and fixing of a new 33 KV, isolator with earthing blades (36 KA,800 Amp, Outdoor, 3P, 25 kA). All the tools and tackles required for carrying out the job is to be arranged by the firm.

Replacement of damaged CT by way of P/F of new 33 KV Current Transformer oil cooled (33 kV, 1Φ, Multi ratio - Multi core) with following details. Primary Current : 100 A Secondary Current: 5 A Rated Burden: 10 VA Accuracy Class: 0.5 Frequency : 50 Hz All special tools and tackles like C.I tester etc. besides the skilled labour required for carrying out the job shall be arranged by the firm

Replacement of Lightening / Surge arrestor by way of P& F of (33 KV,10kA Station Class, ZnO, Polymer) Gap less Surge arrestor. All special tools and tackles and skilled labour required for carrying out the job is arranged by the firm.

Replacement of damaged differential relay of C&R panel of both the outdoor type 33KV VCB installed in the 33/11 KV substation by way of disconnecting the power supply and then extraction of damaged relay and providing and fitting of new differential Relay to C&R panel. The relay shall have following specifications:- Make:- ABB/ Alsthom/ L&T/Schneider or equivalent Type:-Numerical Type Operating voltage:-36VDC High speed tripping. Contacts:-Hand reset (HR) and electrical reset The relay shall be tested on full load for all the protections / trippings and shall be programmed as per the rating and capacity of electrical equipment installed. The job further includes checking rest of the control wiring the panel and ensuring that WTM, OTM and Bucholz relay are in circuit with panel at the time of testing and operation. All the tools and tackles including skilled labour involved in the execution of the job shall be arranged by the firm. Besides the bidder shall have to undertake the relay testing and demonstrate that all the protections indication and tripping system is fully functional.

Replacement of power cables kits (near 33KV main isolator) by way disconnecting the power supply and then opening the power cables from isolator and CT/PT unit. The job further includes extraction of damaged terminal cable terminal kit from the cable ends using special tools and tackles. The job includes providing and fitting of heat shrinkable HT cable termination kits 240 sq. mm 3-core kit for XLPE HT cables. The kit shall comprise of all the parts including tapping and lugs etc. All the tools and tackles required for carrying out the job like heating blower, crimping tool etc. is to be arranged by the firm. The job includes insulation resistance testing of the power cables, connecting back the power cable and 33 KV HT line followed by testing of same on no load and full load.

Providing & fitting of Danger Plate with clamps indicating 33000V Danger in English, Hindi and Local Language complete in all respects

Concreting of complete Yard area (both bays) including • Supplying, filling, spreading and levelling stone boulders of size range 5 cm to 10cm thickness for all leads and lifts all complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge. {(80.0'x29.0')-430sft}x0.5'/36.28=945cft= 26.78cum

Providing / laying of cement concrete in 1:4: 8 mix within concrete walls of fencing complete in all respects as per specifications and directions of site in charge {(80.0'x29.0')-430sft}x0.25'/36.28=472.5cft= 13.39cum

Providing / laying of cement concrete in 1:2:4 mix within concrete walls of fencing complete in all respects as per specifications and directions of site in charge. {(80.0'x29.0')-430sft}x0.25'/36.28=472.5cft + 80'x0.5'x0.25= 482.5=13.39cum The job includes of having 100 mm dia. holes at appropriate places for transportation of moisture to the grid for efficient and healthy working of earthing system. Engagement of Hydra Crane (with capacity not less than 8T at full boom length) for shifting Transformer to safer place within premises to facilitate working space for concrete laying in phased manner to ensure minimum disruption in operation of the scheme.

Fixing back of existing damaged fencing at appropriate places to secure the switch Yard and distribution Transformers including cost of all Labour, men & machinery etc. complete in all respects, as per directions of the Engineer In-charge. (Any other work incidental to complete the work shall not be paid extra)

Painting of above fencing with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture to give an even matching shade.
