Taking down carefully un serviceable aluminium/ copper point wiring (light, fan,socket or power) complete with fittings such as switches, sockets, ceiling rose, light fittings etc, removing all material for reuse/ issued under sch of credit and making good the disturbed surface as the existing one, complete all as directed.

Material and labour for point wiring complete with multi stranded copper conductor size 1.5 sq.mm PVC insulated, unsheathed, FRLS cable, 1100 volts grade conforming to IS 694 multistranded, drawn in casing and caping fixed on wals / floors/ ceiling etc with and including metal flush boxes of suitable size and modular white plate with frame for mounting of fittings, modular type switches, regulator and also including 1.5 sq.mm PVC insulated unsheathed copper cable green in colour as continuous earth continuity conductor and connecting to earth dolly,cutting chasses to the walls / floors/ ceiling and repairing with existing surface after work complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling the ceiling fan/exhaust fan/wall fan/air circulator complete of any type and size from various buildings and cleaning, servicing, greasing to bearings checking of nuts, bolts, safety split pin, bushes , capacitor and complete testing fans, blades, down rod etc and refixing the site / building with complete connections all as directed. NOTE :- Expendable stores like cotton waste/cleaning materials, grease, lubricants, machine screws, safety split pin, bots/nuts and transportation to and from site to work place are deemed to be included in rate quoted.

Dismantling all components of ceiling fan 1200mm sweep, cutting and removing burnt out copper winding from the rotor assembly and rewinding with super enamelled copper winding wire of suitable gauge and turns with necessary insulation materials , varnishing, reassembling, greasing to bearing, replacing bushes, replacement of capacitor and two coats of white spray painting complete testing all as directed. NOTE :- (a) The spares like ball bearing, capacitor and GM bush required for repairing of the ceiling fan will be measured and paid separately under respective items of this BOQ. Material and labour for cleaning of TPN DB box in each building by blower and checking the all incomer/outgoing MCBs/TPNs etc and tight the all electric loose connections and fixing of copper lugs through existing MCBs and after painting the complete the TPN DB Box as directed by Engr in charge

Taking down defective geyser/ storage water heater of any pattern/ capacities from existing position/place comprising of the following tasks:- (a) Inspecting, taking down (dismantling), descalling, brushing, cleaning of storage tank and painting internally with one coat of proprietary bituminous composition not liable to impart taste or odour or otherwise contaminated water (b) Examine water tightness of storage tank after cleaning (c) Carryout operation of all stop cock, pressure reducing valves etc to ensure free movement of the working parts (d) Replace washers and glands of all taps and ball valves to ensure water tightness. (e) Inspect overflow/vent pipes and remove blockages obstructions if any (f) Check and correct earth continuity of electrical parts (g) Check, maintain and adjust thermostats and tests its functioning (h) Checking and adjustment of pressure reducing valve (j) Checking of dead weight type high pressure release valve (HPRV) by removing dead weight position cleaning the seat and ensuring that the vent hole is not blocked /chocked.

Supply and fix in replacement of heating element of 2.0 KW rating as required at site (round and Triangle) including rubber washers of ISI marked complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix in replacement of thermostat for the geyser of following capacities with ISI marked -

Supply and fix in replacement of PVC connection pipe with two brass adaptors 450mm long and connecting up complete all as specified and as directed (as per sample).

Material and labour for chemical earthing complete with copper earth plate electrode 900 x 600 x 5 mm thick buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 3 mtr deep below ground level) with top edge of the plate not less than 2.10 mtr below normal ground level, connected to and including copper earth strip of 32 x 6 mm by means of riveting and brazing and protected by GI pipe light grade of suitable size up to the test point i.e. up to 7.5 mtr, including providing alternate layers up to full volume of pit by charcoal dust and common salt, magnesium sulphate & vegetable soil all around the plate 15 cm depth and width minimum including PCC pit chamber, watering pipe of 50mm dia medium grade GI pipe up to the top of the plate having funnel complete and RCC cover, connecting to the test point and testing on ground complete and including excavation and earth work in any type of strata and cleaning of site all as specified in MES SSR Part-I taking down old unserviceable earthing complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge..
