Painting lines, dashes, arrows, letters, and painting dispersal area etc. on roads, concrete pavements and the like exc 10cm wide with road marking paint, white or golden yellow including preparation of new or previously treated surfaces to receive the painting. (Painting shall stand out boldly and solidly without showing signs of brush marks or surface underneath. If necessary, the surface shall be repainted by one or more coats until the desired result is obtained.)
M & L for painting lines, dashes, letters, arrows etc. on road pavement, parade ground and aplying 2mm thick road marking strips (reflective) of specified shade/colour using hot thermoplastic material by fully/semi automatic application mechine fitted with profile shoe heater; driven by experienced operator including preperation and cleaning of surfaces complete all as specified and as directed.
Demolition of cement concrete (unreinforced) in ground floors and pavings n exc 15cm thickness (below or above ground level).
Providing cement concrete 1:4:8 type D2 (40 mm graded aggregate) in foundations, filling, sub bases etc.
Dismantling stone slabs and tiles of any description or thickness in floors, aprons etc. laid, bedded and pointed in any mortar.
Rough Shahabad stone 25mm to 30mm thick in flooring/plinth set and jointed in in neat cement slurry and pointed in CM 1:4 complete all as specified and directed over and including 15mm thick screed bed in cement mortar 1:6.
Providing precast cement concrete type B-1 1:2:4 (20 mm graded aggregate) in kerb stones with plain fair faces, including chamfers, weatherings, etc. and setting in mortar 1:4 complete with joints to match including necessary earthwork.
Preparing new or untreated brick, stone, concrete, asbestos cement or plaster surfaces of any description over 10cm girth or width, not otherwise described and two coats of synthetic enamel paint over and including priming coat.
Dismantling wall and ceiling boards (fibre, pulp, insulation, etc.) or insulation boards/slabs/ blankets, any thickness, including cover fillets, GI/aluminium grid etc.
Providing & Fixing of Armstrong Mineral Fibre Acoustical Suspended Ceiling System with bioguard ISO 5 (class 100) (micro look) edge tiles with ARMSTRONG SILHOUETTE exposed grid. The tiles should have Humidity Resistance (RH) of 95%, NRC 0.15, Light Reflectance >90%, Thermal Conductivity k = 0.052- 0.057 w/m K, Colour White, Fire Performance A2-s1.d0 in module size of 600 X 600 X 15mm with Anti- Bacterial coating, adhering to Clean room requirement of Class 100 as per US Fed Standard 209 E and washability requirement of 500 wash cycles as per ASTM 4828 and suitable for Green Building application, with Recycled content of 24%. The tile shall be laid on (and including) Armstrong Silhouette profile grid system with 15mm white flanges incorporating a 6mm central reveal in white/black colour and with a web height of 45mm and a load carrying capacity of minimum 15.68 Kgs/M2. Silhouette, Main Runners & Cross Tees to have mitred ends & “birdsmouth” notches to provide mitred cruciform junctions. The T Sections have a Galvanizing of 90 grams per M2 & passed through 500 hrs of Salt test. The grid shall be suspended by means of G.I. suspension rod 4mm diameter and a galvanised suspension spring clip at a distance n. exc 1.7 mtr c/c.
Gl frame work for seamless ceiling comprising of Gl perimeter channnel 0.55 mm thick with two unequal flanges of 20 and 30 mm and web of 27 mm fixed to surrounding wall using nylon sleeves and screws at 450 mm centre to centre/intermediate channel 0.9 mm thick having two equal flanges of 15 mm each and web of 45 mm suspended from soffit at approx 900 mm centre to centre with Gl cleat and steel expansion fasteners with and including ceiling section (not exc 1.2 m length) of 0.55 mm thickness having kurled web of 50 mm and flange of 26 mm each with lips of 10.5 mm fixed to the intermediate channel with connecting clips across the intermediate channel at 457 mm centre to centre.
12mm thick seamless calcium silicate ceiling made out of 1800 x 1200 mm size board of siliceous and calcareous material reinforced with cellulose fibre fixed to the ceiling section with 25 mm long self drilling and tapping screws having phillips head with under head cutter at 200 mm centre to centre, including finshing the joint of face board with specially formulated jointing compound and 48 mm wide fibre tape to provide seam less finish and two coats of distemper oil emulsion including preperation of surfaces. (Frame work for ceiling shall be measured and paid separately)
6mm and thick PVC multiwall 250mm wide (tongue and groove interlocking type) panels, textured on one side (as approved); fixed to GI framework in ceiling with countersunk screws and inerlocked, including all necessary special fitting accessories such as junction, corner and turning matching to board. (GI framework to be measured and paid separately)
8mm and thick PVC multiwall 250mm wide (tongue and groove interlocking type) panels wall lining including necessary framework and fixing at site on PVC frame as per specifications.
Demolition of Brickwork or stone/boulder masonry, built in cement mortar.

Mild TMT steel bars 6 to 8mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips.
Mild steel plates (plain or chequered) confirming to Fe-290 (Gde E-165), square or rectangular cut or notched (ordinary and counter sunk) forming holes, without any attachment.
One coat of oil bound distemper white or tinted on walls, including preperation of surfaces by washing, rubbing down and stopping of old distempered and painted surfaces.

M&L for prepration of surface by cleaning to remove loose particles, dust, latance etc, cutting grooves properly and again remove loose particles, dust latance etc, filling cracks/gaps of RCC and masonary upto 15 mm by using Asain Paint Crack Seal or equivalent bigger cracks/damaged portions/hollow areas/gaps of RCC and masonary must be repaired with polymer modified cement motars. Applying one priming coat of SMART CARE DAMP PROOF with thinner at the rate of 0.28 Sqm/Ltr (0.20 Ltr Smart Damp Proof : 0.08 Ltr water). Applying second coat of SMART CARE DAMP PROOF after 05 to 06 Hrs at the rate of 0.02 Ltr/Sqm, all as directed and as per manufaturers instructions. Make : M/s Asian Paint/ M/s Pidilite Industries Ltd/STP Ltd. Note : Cracks filler, Priming Coat and Damp Proofing coat used shall be of same Make/Manufaturer.

Waterproofing on roof including flashing and junctions of parapet, kerb, wall etc. as under:- (a) Applying bituminous primer on cleaned and dried surface @ 0.20 Kg/Sqm. (b) A coat of hot blown type bitumen of grade 85/25, applied hot at the rate of 2.25 kg/sqm. (c) Laying on primed surface by thermo fusion (torch application) 3mm thick APP based polymeric water proofing membrane weighing not less than 3.50kg/sqm and reinforced with polyester non woven fabric (not less than 150 gms/sqm). (d) Painting the exposed APP membrane surface with bituminous aluminium paint @ 0.15 Kg/Sqm.
Dismantling water tanks exc 250 & n exc 500 ltr capacity.
