Dismantling of wall and ceiling boards (fibre, pulp, insulation etc) or insulation boards any thickness and in any position including cover fillets complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for solid PVC wall lining consisting of 5.00mm thick single side prelaminated PVC sheet inclusive of insolvent cement and fixing at site on PVC frame complete all as specified and as directed . Note:-The quoted rate shall be deemed for taking down of existing switch board / tube light etc and re-fixing the as same at original locations after wall lining work.

S&F 5mm thick PVC sheet fillet of width 35mm for wall paneling inclusive of fixing on wall to make PVC frame complete all as specified and as directed

M&L for PVC wall profile for wall panelling colour / shade as approved size 250mm wide,08mm over all thick with 1mm wall thickness fixed with screw to tubular frame work, complete all as specified and as directed by EIC. Note:- Colour and shade shall be approved by Engr-in-Charge before procurement of materials.

M&L for PVC profile corner beading of suitable size L/T type for wall panelling, colour/shade as approved shall be match to wall panelling complete,all as specified and as directed by EIC.

S&F 605mm x 605mm size anodised aluminium snap grid frame work for false ceiling with and including 4 mm thick non asbestos fibre cement building board of approved make and Block/Sparkle/Floating/Prism/Diamond/Honey-comb/Puff/Stone-wall/Zig-zag/Leaf/Smoke/Strip Design ,fixed or laid/ inserted to Aluminium framework with screws as per manufacturer's instructions complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F false ceiling at all heights with semi perforated 12 mm thick micro tegular edged GRG(Glass fibre Reinforced Gypsum) false ceiling tiles of size 595 x 595 mm of approved texture,design and patterns having moisture content less than 2%,humidity resistance of 99% ,NRCO 0.50 to 0.75 as per IS 8225:1987 ,Noncombustible as per BS 476 (part -4 1970 and light reflectance of 85% (minimum) to be laid in true horizontal level suspended on interlocking metal T-grid of hot dipped galvanized iron section of 0.33mm thick (galvanized @120 grams per sqm including both sides) comprising of main- T runners of size 15 x 32 mm of length 3000 mm ,cross-T of size 15 x32 mm of length 1200 mm and secondary intermediate cross- T of size 15 x 32 mm of length 600 mm to form grid module of size 600 x 600 mm, suspended from ceiling by using galvanized mild steel wire (galvanizing @80 grams per sqm) i.e 50mm long,8mm outer diameter, M-6 dash fastners, 6mm dia fully threaded hangar rod upto 1000mm length and L-shape level adjuster of size 85x25x2mm.Galvanized iron perimeter wall angle of size 24 x 24 x 0.40mm of length 3000mm to be fixed on periphery wall /partition with the help of plastic rawl plugs at 450 mm centre to centre and 40mm long dry wall wood screws .The work shall be carried out as per specifications shown in drawing and as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Demolition of cement concrete in ground floor and paving exc 15 cm thickness (below or above ground) complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for 100mm thick PCC(1:3:6) type C2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate as in sub base of floor etc complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for 50 mm thick river sand cushioning laid dry to the profile under interlocking block etc complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for machine pressed precast concrete interlocking paver block of approved shape and size of 60mm thickness,with minimum compressive strength of 35N / sqmm (M-35 grade) without correction factor for chamfering,made in rubber moulds with 0.50mm thick scratch proof lacquer coating on top surface,with white cement and pigment complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 8-10 mm thick Vitrified ceramic tiles, any shade (square/recangular) area of each tile exceeding 0.42 Sqm but not exceeding 1.00sqm, in floors or wall etc set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match including screed bed or bedding layer of 15 mm thick in CM (1:6) for laying floor finishes etc complete all as specified and directed

Demolition floor,hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding/backing and rubbish off the premises complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for glazed ceramic coloured tiles of size 450X300X7mm thick fixed on wall/vertical surfaces such as skirting, dados and riser to steps etc including rendering 10mm thick in cement mortar 1:4 for fixing of wall / vertical tile, set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match etc complete all as specified and directed.

S&F acrylic coated/vinyl coated décor washable wallpaper ,printed and treated with a coating for durability and washability/scrubbability incl removing of exsting wallpaper cleaning/making smooth the wall surface for even aesthetic fixture of wallpaper,all as per manufacturers instruction and as specified and directed by EIC

Taking down chowkhats or frames with shutters area exc 1.5 Sqm but not exc 4 Sqm each (without taking off shutters from the frame) complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for realigment of existing false ceiling board and straightening of wooden/GI /aluminium snap grid frame work of any size complete all as specified and directed

Taking down cement plaster in cement mortar on brick or stone walls etc. including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc, Including removal of debries out side MOD land complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for rendering 15mm thick in cement mortar 1:4 on fair faces of brick work/concrete surfaces finished the surface even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of new plastered surfaces of wall and applying two coats of exterior emulsion paint with one coat of primer in normal / camouflage pattern as per manufacturers instructions etc complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge. Note:- finishing coat shall be done through roller only.

M&L for providing & applying average 1mm thick of Birla/ JK wall care putty over prepared surface to achieve the surface even and smooth for painting, complete all as specified and as directed

M&L for stone kerb of roughly squared stones of size 15cm x 30cm, all surfaces hammer dressed so that the maximum depression from a straight edge held against the dressed surface shall not exceed - 6mm for top and exposed surfaces of sides and 20mm for the rest of surfaces jointed in cement mortar 1:6 and struck flush complete all as specified and directed

S&F in repair venetian blinds in double layers roller type of approved colour and design including fittings / fixtures for fixing the same in windows complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for preparation of old plastered surfaces of walls and applying one coat of distemper oil emulsion white or tinted applied with roller etc complete all as specified and directed. Note:- Quoted rate shall be deemed the following (i) Work is te be carried out upto 15m height. (ii) Repair of pot holes, cracks and undulation in surface with wall care putty as required at site.

M&L for preparation of old surfaces walls and applying one coats of exterior emulsion paint having VOC less than 50gm/litre and UV resistance per IS 15489-2004 Alkali and fungal resistance of required shade in normal / camouflage pattern as per manufacturers instructions etc complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge. Note:- Quoted rate shall be deemed the following :- (i) Work is te be carried out upto 15m height. (ii) Repair of pot holes, cracks and undulation in surface with wall care putty as required at site.
