Re-fixing old serviceable 15mm bore galvanised steel water tubing (GI pipe) including all fittings like elbow, tee, union, socket, reducer etc. in new or old portion/position to walls, ceiling and laid in floor/concealed in walls etc and making good disturbed surfaces of walls complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge. (Note :- Old serviceable pipe and fittings obtained from taking up or down (here-in-before) item of this BOQ shall be reused after necessary cleaning internally.

Supply & fixing in replacement 600 mm long PVC connection 15mm size with PTMT nuts complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Supply and fixing in replacement bib tap cast copper alloy, chromium plated fancy type, long body with crutch or butterfly handle with capstan head, screwed down, screwed for iron pipe or for brass ferrule 15mm bore complete all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-charge. Note :- The minimum weight shall be as given in SSR or in relevant IS.

Supply and fixing in replacement stop valve/angle valve cast copper alloy, chromium plated fancy type screwed down high pressure with crutch or butterfly handle, screwed both ends suitable for 15mm bore iron pipe complete, all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-charge. Note :- The minimum weight of stop valve/stop cock/angle valve shall be as given in SSR or in relevant IS.

Supply and fixing in replacement concealed stop cock cast copper alloy, chromium plated, fancy type, long shank and cup, screwed both ends suitable for 15mm bore iron pipe complete, all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-charge. Note :- The minimum weight of stop valve/stop cock shall be as given in SSR or in relevant IS.

Supply & fixing in replacement brass cromium plated shower rose 125mm size, with or without swivel joints, any size, including fixing to steel pipe or union complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Supply & fixing in replacement pillar tap cast copper alloy with capstan head, chromium plated, fancy type, high pressure with or without letter 'Hot' or 'Cold' with long shank and fly nuts screwed for iron pipe or for brass ferrule 15mm bore complete, all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-charge. Note :- The minimum weight of tap shall be as given in SSR or in relevant IS

Supply & fixing in replacement mixer valve 15mm bore, brass (cast copper alloy) chromium plated, mixer for mixing hot & cold water suitable for WHB or fixed to wall, screwed down for iron pipe 15mm bore complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge. Note :- The minimum weight of mixer valve shall be as given in SSR or in relevant IS.

Supply & fixing in replacement ball brass valves, high pressure with brass rod and high density plastic ball (polythene float) complete, screwed suitable for 20mm bore iron pipe complete all specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge. Note :- The minimum weight of ball valve shall be as given in SSR or in relevant IS.

Supply and fixing in replacement ball valves, high pressure of PTMT with epoxy coated aluminium rod and high density plastic ball (polythene float) complete, screwed suitable for 20mm bore iron pipe complete all specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge. Note :- The minimum weight of ball valve shall be as given in SSR or in relevant IS.

Supply and fixing in replacement gun metal, globe or gate valve (ISI marked), with iron wheel head, screwed both ends suitable for 20mm bore iron pipes complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge. Note :- The minimum weight of gate valve shall be as given in SSR or in relevant IS.

Supply & fixing in replacement brass chromium plated/stainless steel tubular towel rail 20mm dia 'D' type, 600mm long between flanges fixed to plug , bracket with chromium plated brass screws all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and fixing Towel Ring Round, fixed on wall with chromium plated brass screws and PVC plug complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge. Make :- Cat Part AQN-7721 of Jaquar or equivalent (Equivalency approved by GE) in make mentioned in Appx A to PSS-II

Supply and fixing Toilet Roll Holder with Stainless Steel Flap, fixed on wall with chromium plated brass screws and PVC plug complete, all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge. Make :- Cat Part AKP-35753PS of Jaquar or equivalent (Equivalency approved by GE) in make mentioned in Appx A to PSS-II

Supply and fixing in replacement MS chromium plated, soap tray approximate size 160mmx160mm, including fixing to wall with CP screws and PVC plug complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Dismantling cast iron drain pipes, jointed in cement mortar of any description any dia from wall and taking out from trenches including all fittings (bend, trap, cowl, branch piece etc) and removing from the site complete all as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Material & Labour for 100 mm bore cast iron soil waste and vent pipe (sand cast pipe ) in any length with or without ears, fixed to wall with stack clamps (interval of 1m) made out of FI 50x5mm and 16mm dia round iron stay including nut bolt and jointing with cement mortar complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in- charge.

Material & Labour for 100 mm bore cast iron soil waste and vent pipe (sand cast pipe ) in any length with or without ears, laid in trenches or in floor jointing with cement mortar complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in- charge.

Material & Labour for 75 mm dia cast iron floor trap with CP grating including jointing to waste pipe with solvent fixed in cement concrete (1:2:4) type B-1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Demolition of cement concrete (unreinforced) in ground floor and paving not exceeding 15cm thickness below or above ground level of any description and in any position including removing rubbish material from the site to a distance not exceeding 100 metre and deposited as directed complete all as directed by Engr-in-Charge

Demolition and Digging out and removing sunken floor filling and depositing the same at a distance not exceeding 100m away from the outer edge of bldg where directed, including cleaning the sunken surface by wire brush, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in- charge.

Demolition of floor hearth or wall tilling including cement mortar bedding but not backing including removing rubbish material from the site to a distance not exceeding 100 metre and deposited as directed complete all as directed by Engr-in-Charge

Material and labour for 30mm thick cement concrete (1:2:4), type B-0 using 12.5 mm graded stone aggregate as in floor, sunken floor etc, including mixing of WPC in mortar @ 3% of cement content, complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. (Note :- Water proofing compound shall be measured & paid separately as Supply only)

Material and labour for sunken treatment to sunken floor, cleaning the surface by wire brush, rendering to floor and sides with 10mm thick in cement mortar (1:4) including mixing of WPC in mortar @ 3% of cement content, finished even and smooth without using extra cement, after that material and labour Providing for applying two coats of two component (1 part Liquid: 2 part Powder) ready to use cementitious waterproof coating on properly prepared surface by brush having elongation of >50% for the applying water proofing treatment as per following on horizontal and verticle surfaces of sunken floor complete all as per manufacture instructions and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. (i) Applying 1st coat of two components modified polymer coating . (ii) Provn of glasses fiber mess of 2x2mm immediately on alone coating. (iii) Applying 2nd coat of two components modified polymer coating after 72hrs on horizontal and verticle surfaces. Make : Dr Fixit/Fosroc/BASF/STP NOTE:- (i) WPC for mixing in CM shall be measured & paid separately as Supply only. (ii) Complete treatment to be carried out by manufacture's authorised applicators and name of applicator shall be approved by GE on recommendation of AGE (iii) Before, as work proceed and after completion of each process of treatment take colour photograph and keep in safe custody of Engineer-in-Charge.

Material & Labour for PCC (1:7:12) type F2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate as loose filling of sunken floors complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Material and labour for Glazed ceramic coloured tiles of size 350mmx 250mm / 450mmX 350mm// 450mmX 300mm, 7mm to 8mm thick, as in vertical surface set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match the shade of tile including necessary cutting as per site requirement, tiles laid over and including 10 mm thick (Av thickness) bedding layer (rendering) in cement mortar (1:4) complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and labour for Non Skid ceramic coloured tiles 7 to 8 mm thick square or rectangular area of each tile exceeding 0.06 sqm but not exceeding 0.11 sqm, as in floor set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match the shade of tile including necessary cutting as per site requirement, tiles laid over and including 15 mm thick bedding layer (screed) in cement mortar (1:6) complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and labour for rendering/plastering appx 15mm thick (matching with existing plaster thickness) in cement mortar (1:6) on old brick or concrete surfaces of walls/pillars /cornices in patches matching with existing, finished even and smooth without using extra cement including old rusted plaster taking down, raking out joints, hacking for key and scrubbing down with water complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and labour for rendering/plastering 10mm thick in cement mortar (1:4) on any face of Brick walls or concrete surfaces including mixing of liquid WPC in mortar @ 200ml per bag of cement of 50kg, finished even and smooth without using extra cement including old rusted plaster taking down, raking out joints, hacking for key and scrubbing down with water complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. (Note :- Water proofing compound shall be measured & paid separately as Supply only)

Supply only integral water proofing compound complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply & fixing in replacement vitreous china urinal, half stall type, white, including providing and fixing plugs, bedding urinal against wall in cement mortar (1:2), securing urinal to plugs with and including 60mm long brass screws, 32 mm dia full threaded PTMT waste coupling and 32mm dia waste pipe and pointing around urinal back in cement mortar, including taking down old urinal with fittings complete all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Supply & fixing in repair vitreous China squatting pan 'Orissa' pattern white of size 580mmx440mm white with integral foot rests and CI 'P' or 'S' trap (excluding flushing cistern, flush pipe above floor), including demolation of tile, PCC, taking out mass concrete filling and re filling PCC (1:7:12) type F2 after fixing of WC and trap with proper joints leakproof including PVC flush pipe upto finished floor level, and making good with 30mm thick cement concrete (1:2:4) type B0 finished rough as a sub base to recieved tile work and including all other connected work as required upto entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in- charge. (NOTE : Tile work with screed and Sunken floor water proofing treatment shall be measured and paid separately under appropriate item of this schedule.

Supply and fixing in replacement 10 litres capacity PVC valveless syphonic action type low level flushing cistern (white colour) with inlet, ball valve, float, handle including brackets and 32mm dia PVC flush pipe, PVC Connection 450 mm long with PTMT nuts suitable for 15mm bore pipe complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply & fixing in replacement vitreous china wash basin, white, flat back of size 550mm x 400mm, including 32mm chromium plated waste coupling and PVC waste pipe including bracket and cutting for and pinning in end of bracket or erecting complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. (Note :- Tap /Pillar tap shall be measured & paid separately as Supply and fixing under appropriate item of BOQ.)

Supply & fixing in replacement stainless steel sink made out of 1.00mm thick sheet, overall size 495mm x 420mm with bowl size 410mm x 330mm x 160mm, kitchen or laboratory with plugs, washers, waste pipe including bedding in cement mortar, fixing in existing space or fixing with cast iron cantilever brackets and connecting union to waste pipe, including taking down old unserviceable sink complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and fixing in replacement waste pipe (LDPE) suitable for 32mm waste coupling complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and fixing in replacement waste pipe (LDPE) suitable for 40mm waste coupling complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply & fixing 110mm bore PVC (SWR) pipes single socketed in any length with rubber ring joints laid in trenches or in floors including taking down old unserviceable pipe any type with fittings complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in- charge.

Supply & fixing PVC (SWR) bends without access door (any radius) suitable for 110mm bore pipe fixed to walls or laid in floor complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in- charge.

Cleaning and removing all scale and dirt, etc, from existing serviceable PVC tanks (OHT) of capacity upto 500 litrs without disconnecting or lowering, taking out mud from tank after proper drain out the water (manualy or mechanically ) including from mouths of circulating pipes etc. after cleaning checking all inlet and out let connections and tightening the same as required, Lid of tank refix properly complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

(Note :- Float valve and gate valve shall be measured & paid separately as Supply only under appropriate item of BOQ.)

Material and labour for preparation of new plastered surfaces of walls/pillars /cornices by brooming down or by sand papering or by any other mean and after preparing the surfaces applying two coats of white wash complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and fixing in replacement one piece (single unit EWC with flush tank) white colour with all fittings including seat cover complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and fixing in replacement wall hung WHB with pedestal 550mm x 400mm size complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and fixing corner Glass shelf with bracket including taking down old any type shelf complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge. Make :- Cat Part ACN-1173 of Jaquar or equivalent (Equivalency approved by GE) in make mentioned in Appx A to PSS-II

Supply & fixing in replacement Bottle trap of PTMT having minimum water seal of 25mm and discharge pipe 32mm bore dia including necessary packing, union and cleaning cap and fixed complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note :- The minimum weight shall be as given in SSR or in relevant IS.

Supply & fixing 12mm thick toughened glass wall partition alongwith all fittings and sliding type complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
