Fire safety kit, earthing and lightening arrestors, all accessories etc including preliminary and pre-operative charges & Comprehensive Maintenance charges for 5 years including all essential civil and electrical works required for erection and commissioning of Solar PV plant. NOTE No 1: The Plant shall produce minimum generated electricity of 46400 units per year. The work shall be carried out as per sound drawings including the following:- (a) Standard/Approved makes of auxilary transformer cables, cable trenches and covers, modules, inverters and all connected electrical items and solar power generation items, etc to be incorporated as per design. (b) Bidder Shall consider local geographical conditionss/meteorological data at the location for the required design period.

Note No 2: The Contractor shall submit design and drawing vetted from National Institute of Solar Energy Gurugram or by Govt Institute authorised by MNRE or NISE or any reputed Institute /Agency authorised for approval of GE. The cost of design and all other works shall be deemed included in the quoted rate of the item.

Note No 3: Comprehensive Maintenance of solar power plant shall start from next day after completion, installation and commissioning of solar power plant and all other civil, electrical/and mechanical work. The scope of Comprehensive maintenance shall be as under:- (a) Comprehensive maintenance shall include washing/ cleaning of Solar PV Modules Periodically as per pre-planned schedule. (b)Checking electrical parameter of the installed power plant. (c) Any other job other than above indicated jobs shall be covered under warrenty of Solar plant installed. (d) Keeping the area neat and clean free from vegetations growth.

Note No 4: Payment against Sch 'A' item No.67 shall be regulated as under :- (a) For material brought at site payment shall be done as per condition 64 of IAFW 2249. (b) After complete installation and testing :- 80% of rate quoted against Sch'A' item No 67 proportionally building wise as per SPV generation given here in above less retention money and payment already made. (c) After Comissioning : After complete installation, testing and comissioning 90% of rate quoted against Sch'A' item No.67 (less retention money and payment already made) (d) Comprehensive maintenance : Balance 10% of rate quoted against Sch'A' item No 67 hereinbefore. The payment for 05 years out of this 10% shall be 1.5%,1.75%, 2%, 2.25% and 2.5% respectively for 1st, 2nd, 3rd, 4th & 5th year of comprehensive maintenance. Half yearly payment shall be made proportionaly to the total amount due for the year (e) The payment against Comprehensive maintenance shall be further subject to satisfactory operation and meeting desired output on daily basis. This means that for each day when the SPV plant is not operational and meeting desired output on daily basis. This means that for each day when the SPV plant is not operational for any reason whatoever, no payment for those days, (on proportional basis) shal be made.

Comprehensive Maintenance of SPV System:- (a) The Comprehensive maintenance is for a period of 05 Years w.e.f. satisfactorily completion of the equipments installed under Item No 67 of BOQ hereinbefore. (b) The Contractor Shall be responsible for periodical maintenance as specified including renewal/replacement of parts fittings/fixtures filling of Solar modules, inverter, mounting structure etc. (c) Maintenance of log sheet and all maintenance record shall be responsibility of contractor and stationary shall be provided by the Contractor. Format of logsheet and maintenance records etc shall be decided by GE/Engr-In-Charge. (d) Solar Panel water servicing, panel Cleaning, Area cleaning surround the plant room etc shall be the responsibility of contractor. (e) The work covered under this schedule shall be ordered on the contractor by the GE every year through a separate work order at the rate quoted by the contractor till completion of five years comprehensive maintenance.

Note:- a) A firm other than OEM having rating of 1A/1B/1C/2A/2B/2C issued by CRISIL/SMERA/ICRA specified for solar firms shall submit the MOU from OEM within 15 days of acceptance of contract for Design, Supply, Installation, Testing & Commissioning of on grid connected roof top solar pv plant for generation and Comprehensive Maintenance of SPV System for 5 years against item No 67 hereinbefore.

Note The amount of Rs 73,485/- against Schedule of Credit on Page No 123 to 124 shall be deducted from the total amount quoted against Sch 'A' while deriving the Contract Sum for Acceptance
