Taking down cement plaster of any description, any thickness from external surfaces of walls/soffits etc. incl raking out joints, hacking for keys, scrubbibg down with water etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for cement plastering 15mm thick in two layers (10mm and 5mm respectively) in cemet mortar 1:4 including mixing of liquid water proofing compound as per manufacturer's instructions on brick work or concrete surfaces or in chajjas/parapet walls etc finished even and smooth without using extra cement and fixing of chicken wire gauge where directed complete all as specified and directed. Note : WPC and chicken wire gauge will be measured and paid separately.

Supply only integral liquid water proofing compound complete all as specified and directed. Make : Pidilite/Sika

M & L Preparing New Surfaces of Walls and applying two coats of cement base paint complete all as specified and directed.

Complete removal of existing treatment of any type/description such as distempering work, internal emulsion etc from internal surfaces of walls & ceiling with mechanical means/grinder complete all as specified and directed.

Applying wall care putty on walls/RCC surfaces/soffits of chajjas/roof projections/cantilevers/balcony etc (thickness vary from 1.5 to 2.5 mm as required for desired smoothness and levelling of surfaces in two or more layers) by using ready made wall care putty including sand papering after filling the putty to make surface smooth and ready for receiving exterior painting complete all as specified and directed. Notes : (i) The prepared surface after wall putty, the contractor will inform to the GE as well as to the Engineer-in-Charge for site inspection before applying further external finishes. Please note that the further external finishes work will start only after approval of the prepared surface from the GE as well as to the Engineer-in-Charge through site order.

Applying 02 coats of exterior emulsion paint (light shade) @ 5 sq.m/litre/2 coats by using roller to external walls/RCC surfaces/soffits of chajjas/roof projections/cantilevers/balcony etc surfaces over & including a coat of exterior wall primer @ 11 sq.m/litre/1 coat as recommended for under coat by manufacturer of exterior emulsion by using following brands of emulsion and primer complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling, floor, hearth or wall tiling including CM(bedding (but not backing), removing serviceable tiles to store & rubbish off the premises complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for machine cut kota stone slab as in flooring of size 580 x 580 mm each & 18-20 mm thick, set and jointed in cement slurry including border of 100mm wide baroda green/white mable as per pattern approved over & including screed of 20-22 mm thick in cement mortar (1:4) and pointed in cement mixed with pigment to match the shade of slab including rubbing, cutting and mirror type granite polishing complete all as specified and directed. Note : 1. All the edges of slabs shall be grinded/cutted at the right angle before laying, so that paper thin, smooth jointing to be obtained. 2. The colour of the slabs shall be uniform.

M&L for machine cut kota stone slab as in skirting of 18-20 mm thick, set and jointed in cement slurry over & including screed of 10 mm thick rendering in cement mortar (1:4) and pointed in cement mixed with pigment to match the shade of slab including rubbing, cutting and mirror type polishing complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling loose/disintegrated portion of RCC Chajjas, bands, shelves, beams, column or slab and similar work including support if required and stitching of cracks with MS U clamps of 8mm dia @ 150mm c/c with inserting concrete block strecthner with cement mortar 1:3 mixed with adhesive chemical (polymer based) and reinforced with PVC chicken mesh including form work where ever required and finished with 10mm thick plastering in CM 1:4 finished even & smooth without using extra cement including preparation of surfaces to receive finishes complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling of asbetos/fibre cement corrugated/semi corrugated sheet in roof covering including ‘J’ or ‘L’hooks complete all as specified and directed.

Scarping surfaces of roof by wire brushing and removing all loose dust and cleaning and washing down the surfaces with water complete all as directed.

M&L for PCC 1:3:6 type C-0 using 12.5 mm graded stone aggregates as in padding over roof, minimum thickenss at khurra as 25 mm to maintain a slope of 1:100, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Rendering 20 mm thick on top of roof in CM 1:4 incl mixed with WPC (Water proofing compound shall be paid separetly).

Cutting grooves in brick wall, 75mm wide and 65mm deep and shaping horizontal face of groove with cement mortar 1:3 complete all as specified.
