REPAIRS TO DRAIN, PATH, HARDSTANDING IN ZONE-I AND II AT UMROI MIL STN UNDER GE UMROI

Demolition of cement concrete (unreinforced) of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for and removal of debris to a distance not exceeding 50m and making site clean complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for cement concrete type B2 1:2:4 (using 20 mm graded stone aggregate) as in surface channels and drains complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for PCC 1:4:8 type D-2 (using 40 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in foundation, filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for providing cement concrete type C2, 1:3:6 (40mm graded stone aggregate) in walls or retaining walls, any thickness, size or shape including pilasters, buttresses columns, pillars, boundary pillars and posts (including caps and bases) complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for formwork to faces of walls, retaining walls, abutments, parapets and staircase railings and similar work including attached pillasters, buttresses, etc.; vertical or to batter for fair finished surfaces complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for extra for forming fair finished drain or channel 30cm inner girth in cement concrete, using extra cement, including forms, moulds, mitred/stopped ends etc complete all as specified and directed.

Add to item No. 06 here-in-before for each 25mm girth or part thereof over 30cm inner girth complete all as specified and directed

Demolition of reinforcement cement concrete of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for (reinforced) and removing debris from site of work to a distance not exceeding 50m complete all as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and labour for precast RCC 1:1.5:3 type A-I (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) as in cover slabs, shelves and similar articles set in cement mortar (1:6) including necessary formwork complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Mild steel TMT bars 5 mm to 10 mm dia., cut to length, bent to shape required, in stirrups, spacers and binders and binding with mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9 mm dia., or securing with clips complete all as specified and directed.
