Regular Operation and Maintenance of Street Light with material at Industrial Area Anupgarh Ph-II, Rawla Ph-I and II, Sriganganagar

Maintenance of LED Street light fixtures up to 90 Watt. in Industrial Areas including supply and maintenance the required material and labour etc. complete as per the following terms and conditions 1. At any moment, a minimum of 90 percentage of total fixture must be in order. The defective fixture must be repaired within 48 hours failing which Rs. 50 per point per week shall be penalized and recovered from the contractor. 2. Contractor shall arrange at his cost for put on and off the street light fixture at the appropriate time regularly as per instructions of Engineer in charge. 3. A register shall be maintained at RIICO or association office and complaint lodged must be attended by Contractor within 24 Hours. 4.The person deputed by Contractor shall attend the RIICO or Association office daily and comply the instructions and attend complaints regularly. 5. Contractor will have to employ trained and qualified electricians for the work. 6. Corporation shall not be responsible for any kind of accident during execution of work. 7. Contractor will be responsible for safety and security of fixtures and all concerned materials. 8. Contractor will be responsible for arrangement of all T and P required for the work 9. All material required for the work shall not be below the category II of concerned BSR item. 10. Contractor will be responsible for timely collection and deposition of electric bills of areas in each month. In case of delay in payment and JdVVNL impose surcharge for delay payment the same will be recovered from the Current bill of the contractor. 11. Contractor has to maintain power factor as per norms of JdVVNL. The contractor is required to arrange the suitable capacitor and other necessary equipment for maintaining power factor at his own cost. No extra payment will be allowed for this arrangement. In the case of any power factor surcharge is imposed by JdVVNL in electric bill same will be deducted from the payment of contractor, but in case of power factor incentive, the same will not be given to the contractor. 12. Contractor will be responsible for any theft of electricity through poles and he will make necessary arrangements for this. In case of any theft is found suitable penalty will be imposed on the contractor. 13. During execution of work penalty imposed by JdVVNL due to theft or any other reason same will be recovered from contractor. 14. In Every 15 days contractor must be joint inspection of street light with corporation authorized officer, otherwise payment will not done. 15. Payment is given to contractor bimonthly after providing satisfactory performance certificate from industrialists and photos of street lights, otherwise payment will not be done. 16. Contractor should have maintain the register for no. of points on or off daily reports and complaints. 17. If work found satisfactory than time period may increase further 6 months.
