Earth work in excavation by mechanical means (Hydroulice Excavator) / Manual Mean’s over area (Exceeding 30 cm in depth 1.5 m in depth as well as 10 Sqm on plan) including disposal of excavated earth, lead upto 50 mtr. and lift upto 1.5 mtr. disposal earth to be levelled and neatly dressed. All kind of Soil.

Providing and Laying in position cement concrete including Curing, Compaction etc. Complete in specified grade excluding the cost of centering & shuttering – all work upto plinth level 1:3:6 (1 Cement : 3 Coarse sand : 6 graded stone aggregated 20 mm nominal size).

Random rubble stone masonry for with hard stone in cement mortar above 30 cm thick wall in cement mortar 1:3 (1 Cement : 3 Sand).

Pointing on stone masonry in cement sand mortar 1:3 (1 Cement:3 Sand) Flush/Ruled/Struck or weathered pointing.

Banking earth in layers, breaking clods, watering at optimum Moisture content rolling each layer with 8-10 tonne vibratory road roller in layer (compacted thickness not exceeding 20 Cm) to achieve 95% of maximum laboratory dry density at every layer as per IS 2720 (Part 7 or 8) and dressing up in embankments for road, flood banks marginal banks and guide banks etc.

Providing and laying in position specified grade of cement concrete for all RCC structure elements upto plinth level including curing, compaction, finishing with rendering in cement sand mortar 1:3 (1 cement : 3 coarse sand) and making good the joints and cost of plastizers (if required) excluding the cost of centering, shuttering and reinforcement. M-20 grade nominal mix/design mix PWD BSR 2022 add extra for providing richer mixes respectively at all floor levels providing M-35 grade concrete by using cement as per coral provision Instead of M20 grade design mix.

Centering and Shuttering with plywood or steel sheets including strutting, propping bracing both ways and removal of form work for foundation, footings, strap beam, raft, bases of columns etc.

Brick work with F.P.S. bricks of class designation 75 in super structure above plinth level upto floor V level in all shapes and sizes in cement mortar 1:4 ratio.

Plaster on new surface on wall’s in cement sand mortar 1:6 including racking of joint’s etc. Complete fine finish 20 mm thick.

Laying dry stone soling and packing closely of 0.30 mtr. thick over the horizontal surface. soling is to be done including filling voids with chipping. Complete in all respect and as per direction of site engineer. Complete in all respect.

Providing & fixing Kota stone slab flooring 25 mm thick over 20 mm (average) thick base laid over and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab including rubbing and polishing complete with base of cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand).
