Excavation in trenches not exc. 1.5m wide and not exc 1.5m in depth and getting out in soft /Loose soil for laying of cable, complete all as specified and directed.

Returning filling in, including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layer not exc 25cm, complete all as specified and directed.

Removal of surplus soil (excavated soil) to a distance not exceeding 50m and depositing where directed at a level not exc 1.5m above the starting point, complete all as specified and directed.

River sand, spread dry in trenches as in cable cushioning ,Before laying the cable, the trench shall be provided with a layer of sand of 8 cm depth and the cable has been properly straightened, it shall be covered with sand to a depth of 15 cm , then gently punned down to a depth of 10 cm above the top of the upper-most cable and punning shall be done by hand, complete all as specified and directed.

Burnt bricks, sub class 'B' of designation 75, standard size laid in trenches as in protection of UG cables, complete all as specified and directed.

GI tubing light grade 50 mm bore as in cable protection fixed to poles/walls or laid intrenches/under road crossing etc. including taking up or down unserviceable existing steel tubing of any bore and connections for removal to store all as specified and as directed of following sizes.

All As per Item No 6 here in before but for 80 mm bore

Boring of holes under road pavment/hard standing by manual boring including making good to the distrubed surfaces, complete all as specified and directed

LT UG cable 4 core x 25 sq mm 1100 Volts grade XLPE insulated , armored, heavy duty with aluminium conductor laid in trenches or fixed to walls/ poles or passing through pipes with and including, cable gland lugs/ thimbles/ ferrules including connecting, testing including taking down of old unserviceable under ground cable of any size, complete all as specified and directed. Notes: (a) Excavation earth work and sand cushioning brick protectionand connected work etc. Shall be measured and paid separately under relevant item of schedule

Replacement of installing, testing and commisioning of CPRI approved LT cubical panel board 440 volts , 50 Hz , 3 phase , 4 wire , Out door type >IP 65 , weather, vermin, dust proof, front & Back operated with adequate air ventilation at sides and back fabricated out of 3.00 mm thick CRCA sheet with double door shutter and locking arrangements, cables trays, cable lugs,cable gland etc.including provision for taking out incoming and outgoing cables duly marked with relevetted letter plates of appropriate size for each feeder cables, danger board etc , floor mounted with PCC 1:2:4, type B1 platform of 50 cm height suitable nut bolts, washer etc. for grouting , and painting with power coated epoxy finish of approved colour over a coat of red oxide primer suitable to accomodate and including the following mentioned fittings, complete all as specified and directed comprising the following:-

(i) Bus bar chamber consisting of four Nos Aluminium bus bars duly sleeved of capacity of 630 Amps for phases and 315 Amps for neutral. Duly insulated with PVC sleeves RYB , mounted on heavy duty epoxy insulation in separate compartment.

(ii) Digital Voltmater and Ammeter three line display ( L1 L2 L3 ) with suitable CT's

(iii) LED type indicating lamps (RYB) with holders controlled by fuses and swicthes .

(iv) Panel board internal wiring with suitable rated PVC insulated copper conductors.

(v) MCCB 3ø phase 415V, 400 Amps 4 pole 36 kA, Adjustable magnetic and fixed thermal - 1 No (I/C) (vi) MCCB 3ø phase 415V, 160 Amps 4 pole 16 kA, Fixed magnetic and Fixed thermal - 4 No (O/G) (vii) MCCB 3ø phase 415V, 63 Amps 4 pole 10 kA, Fixed magnetic and Fixed thermal - 2 No (O/G) Make : any CPRI Approved Panel

Replacement of Earthing complete with galvanised steel pipe electrode, 40mm bore, medium grade, 2.5 metres length, buried directly and preferably vertically in ground with top edge not less than 1.25 metres below ground level connected with earthing lead of 4mm dia galvanised iron or steel wire connected to main switch board and protected by galvanized iron pipe light grade 40 mm bore and watering pipe 20mm dia light grade with funnel and wire mesh pcc 1:3:6 in chambers RCC 1:2:4 in pit cover reinforecd with 8 mm dia deformed bars 15 cm center both ways all as shown in Plate No. 4 to the earthing test point, complete all as specified and indicated/directed including testing on completion

Replacement of Earthing complete with copper earth plate 60 cm x 60 cm x 3.15 mm thick buried directly in ground vertically to a depth not less than 2.25 mtr below ground level with top edge of the earth plate at a depth not less than 1.5 mtr filled around with layer of charcoal dust and salt and connected to copper earth strip size of 20x3 mm by means of bolt nut and cheek nuts and washers of galvanized iron or steel and thimble and other ends of the earth strip connected to main switch board and protected by galvanized iron pipe light grade 40 mm bore and watering pipe 20mm dia light grade with funnel and wire mesh pcc 1:3:6 in chambers RCC 1:2:4 in pit cover reinforecd with 8 mm dia deformed bars 15 cm center both ways, complete all as specified and indicated/directed.

Supply and install Refrigerator, single door ,electric driven, BEE 3 star rating (single phase 230V ,50Hz), of capacity upto165 litres or next higher capacity available in the market and connecting with existing power supply point, complete all as specified and directed. Make LG/Godrej/Voltas/Samsung.
