REPAIR, MAINT OF STREET LIGHT, PERIMETER LIGHT, POLES INCLUDING REPAIR/ REPLACEMENT OF UG CABLES AND OTHER CONNECTED WORKS AT AF STN DINJAN UNDER GE (AF) MOHANBARI

Amount

Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.5 mtr wide and not exceeding 1.5 mtr deep for taking out / laying of under ground cable, pole or stay and getting out in soft/loose soil strata including making good to the disbturbed surfaces such as hard standing, footpath / pavments etc complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and laying for dry river sand filling for cable protection with a layer of 8cm deep before laying and 15cm covering above the top edge of cable after laying complete all as specified and directed. Note : Punned thickness shall be measured.

Supply and lay in trenches common burnt bricks, sub class 'B' designation 75 for cable protection complete all as specified and directed.

Removing excavated materials to a distance not exceeding 50 mtr and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5 mtr above the starting point complete all as specified and directed.

Returning filling in including spreading leveling watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25cm spread thickness in any type of soil complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down or out existing cable of sizes 2/3.5/4 core 6/10/16/25 sqmm from the trenches / ducts/ along walls / poles / through poles / under roads/ inside sub station including segregation the serviceable cable by cutting down defective portion after testing by meggar (insulation tester), stacking and rolling unserviceable cable for further disposal complete all as specified and directed. Note :- (a) Excavation / cutting of road or floor/ GI pipe & laying / relaying of cable etc shall be measured and paid seperately under respective item of this schedule (b) Serviceable brick protection to be stacked carefully for counting and re-use.

Supply, laying and testing cable XLPE Insulated ,screened, PVC bedded, galvanized steel strip or wire armoured, electric power cables (heavy duty) 1100 Volts grade with stranded aluminium conductor of size 10 sqmm 4 core complete all as specified and directed.

Supply, laying and testing cable XLPE Insulated ,screened, PVC bedded, galvanized steel strip or wire armoured, electric power cables (heavy duty) 1100 Volts grade with stranded aluminium conductor of size 10 sqmm 2 core complete all as specified and directed.

Supply, laying and testing cable XLPE Insulated ,screened, PVC bedded, galvanized steel strip or wire armoured, electric power cables (heavy duty) 1100 Volts grade with stranded aluminium conductor of size 6 sqmm 2 core complete all as specified and directed.

Relaying only serviceable cable obtained from taking out in same or new location or through cable ducts inside sub station of size 2/3.5/4 core 6/10/16/25 sqmm in trenches / ducts / along walls / poles / under road etc including necessary new cable lugs, glands etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for boring under roads in conventional method without disturbing the top surface of the road for passing of cable protection pipe of size upto 50mm etc complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for painting of erected steel tubular swaged poles of LT over head line/ street light (except embedded portion), 8.5/9 Mtrs long complete including all MS work mounted on pole, earth protection & water pipe (if exists) by necessary preparation, cleaning including scrapping up of old corroded paint dirt/ dust/ rust carefully and applying two coat of aluminium paint and providing 03 Nos bands/ straps with blue colour synthetic enamel paint (any tint 30 cm wide each) from top of plinth block and writing of pole number with white synthetic enamel paint on black ground complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing in replacement PVC insulated and PVC round sheathed, copper conductor industrial cable 1.5 sqmm, three core of copper conductor for connection of street light/Flood light / post top lanterns/garden lights etc. fittings on pole / wall / pillar from over head conductor / junction box / DB including termination clip etc complete in all respect through existing GI tubing of size 15mm/20mm dia complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing in replacement PVC insulated and PVC round sheathed, copper conductor industrial cable 2.5 sqmm, three core of copper conductor for connection of street light/Flood light / post top lanterns/garden lights etc. fittings on pole / wall / pillar from over head conductor / junction box / DB including termination clip etc complete in all respect through existing GI tubing of size 15mm/20mm dia complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix in replacement of LED street light 70 W, 230 volts, 50 Hz, new generation energy saving and environmental friendly long life LED street light made up of pressure die cast aluminium housing with high power LED as lighting source and lens embedded PC cover having driver compartment with IP66 protection suitable for mounting on pole etc complete all as specified and directed. Make: Crompton Cat Part No. TRP-409-70-57-SL-GL-NSG/ Philips Cat Part No. BRP062 LED 82 CW SLA S1 PSU or equivalent in GE.

Supply and fix in replacement of LED street light 60 W, 230 volts, 50 Hz, new generation energy saving and environmental friendly long life LED street light made up of pressure die cast aluminium housing with high power LED as lighting source and lens embedded PC cover having driver compartment with IP66 protection suitable for mounting on pole etc complete all as specified and directed. Make: Crompton Cat Part No. TRP-409-60-57-SL-GL-NSG/ Philips Cat Part No. BRP062 LED 65 CW SLA S1 PSU or equivalent in GE.

Supply and fix in replacement of LED street light 45 W, 230 volts, 50 Hz, new generation energy saving and environmental friendly long life LED street light made up of pressure die cast aluminium housing with high power LED as lighting source and lens embedded PC cover having driver compartment with IP66 protection suitable for mounting on pole etc complete all as specified and directed. Make: Crompton Cat Part No. TRP-417-45-57-SL-LM-NBK or equivalent in Philips/ GE.

Supply and fix in replacement of LED flood light 150 W, 230 volts, 50 Hz, energy saving, environmental friendly, long life, die-cast aluminium housing, non integral, IP66, flood light with high power LEDs as light source complete all as specified and directed. Make: Crompton Cat Part No. TFS-504-150-57-NL-SL-GL-NBK or equivalent in GE/Philips. Note: The brackets for flood light is deemed to be included in item qoated rate.

Supply and fix in replacement of LED flood light 200 W, 230 volts, 50 Hz, energy saving, environmental friendly, long life, die-cast aluminium housing, non integral, IP66, flood light with high power LEDs as light source complete all as specified and directed. Make: Crompton Cat Part No.CFS-501-200-57-60D-SL-GL-NGG or equivalent in GE/Philips. Note: The bracket for flood light is deemed to be included in item qoated rate.

Supply and fix in replacement of LED Post top lantern of 40 Watt, 230 volts, 50 Hz, IP65, new generation, post-top, energy saving, environmental friendly, long life aesthetically designed with symmetrical light distribution, spun aluminium landscape luminaire with high power WARM WHITE LEDs as light source and accessories such as pre-wired etc suitable for gate light complete all as specified and directed. Make: Crompton Cat Part No. LPTO-40-WW-M or equivalent in Philips/ GE.

Supply and fix in repair of Steel tubular swaged poles complete with cast iron base plate, finial taper plug, bolts, nuts & screws as specified type 410 SP-31, 9.0 metres long complete all as specified and directed.

Excavating in post holes (or similar holes) each n exc 0.5 cum, getting out, returning, filling in and ramming earth or broken rubble mixed with earth around, in layers not exceeding 25 cm complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for construction of PCC foundation platform with PCC 1:3:6 type C2 (using 40mm graded stone aggregate) as in foundation of street light pole including necessary earth work, form work complete as required at site all as specified and directed.

M&L for construction of PCC foundation platform with PCC 1:2:4 type B2 (using 40mm graded stone aggregate) in coping of street light pole including necessary earth work, form work complete all as required at site all as specified and directed.

M&L for construction of PCC foundation platform with PCC 1:4:8 type D2 (using 40mm graded stone aggregate) as in foundation including necessary earth work, form work complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix in replacement of cable junction box IP 66 weather proof for outdoor installation (with metric knockouts for cable entry) size 205 x 255 x 112 mm suitable for 16/25 sqmm cable fixed to pole/ wall with suitable FI clamp 20X3 mm nuts , bolts and washers including provision of 01 No MCB, single pole, 240 volts, 10 KA 10 Amps, and suitable aluminium bus bar/ connector complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix in replacement of cable junction box IP 66 weather proof for outdoor installation (with metric knockouts for cable entry) size 130 x 130 x 77 mm suitable for 16/25 sqmm cable fixed to pole/ wall with suitable FI clamp 20X3 mm nuts, bolts and washers including provision of 01 No MCB, single pole, 240 volts, 10 KA 10 Amps, and suitable aluminium bus bar/ connector complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing of GI Pipe 40 mm dia medium grade bend to shape of 1.2mtr length GI/MS clamp and nut bolts of suitable size for street light bracket including re-fixing of street light of any type and capacity complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for dismantling and taking down of existing unserviceable single fittings for repair, maintenance of street/ security/ perimeter/ garden/post top lantern light fittings etc of LED of any wattage or make from pole/ wall/ building/ tower at any height by disconnecting electrical connections and repairing by split opening the same in to the parts for fault finding and replacement of unserviceable spare parts i.e. surge arrestor, LED driver, wire, pipe etc with same capacity, testing and refixing at same location or as directed after necessary repair complete all as specified and directed. Note :- (a) The Supply of spare parts i.e. surge arrestor, LED driver, wire, pipe etc shall be measured and paid seperately as supply only. (b) minor spare parts such as nuts, bolts, washers, cotton waste etc deemed to be included in the quoted rates. (c) Inventory of all defective parts required to be replaced will be recorded in a separate register alongwith pole No & location / area and type of light fittings before replacement duly signed by JE, Engineer-In-Charge & contractor and the same shall be produced at the time of payments for verification.

Supply only of street light driver of 45 watt complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only of street light driver of 60 watt complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only of street light/flood driver of 150 watt complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix cable jointing kit for 1.1 KV grade cable for straight through joint complete with Jointing material heat Shrink type and accessories suitable for 2/4 core XLPE, armoured, Al conductor cable of size 10 to 16 sqmm,Outdoor type for joininng of damaged cable complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing in replacement of GI light grade cable protection pipe 20mm dia including all accessories complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in replacement of automatic nature timer (based on lux level of natural light) based street light panel 3phase, 12-18kW, IP66 with in-built nature switch, power contactor, incoming & outgoing 40A TP MCB, pole/ wall mounted type, thermoplastic polymer weather proof enclosure, internal connecting cables complete all as specified and directed. Make : Nature Switch/ Havells/ Legrand or as approved by GE.
