S&F 100 mm bore dia cast iron pipes and vent pipes(sand cast), any length with or without ears with cement joint, fixed on walls including dismantling old CI pipes and removed from site complete all as specified and directed.

S&F PVC 110mm bore pipes in any length with rubber ring joints fixed to wall with dash through fastners and clamp of 25 x 3mm FL including all fittings like sockets, bend, junction, elbow etc. including dismantling old CI pipes and removed from site complete all as specified and directed. Demolition of cement concrete of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for rendering 15 mm thick CM (1:4) on fair faces of brick or concrete surfaces finished even and smooth using extra cement including taking down cement plaster and removing from site complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for applying two coats of cement based paint on newly plastered surfaces over a coat of cement based primer on wall incl preparation of surfaces complete all as specified and directed.

Complete removal of exisiting water proofing treatment of roof including demolition of brick bat koba/pcc padding of any thickness, cleaning with wire brushes etc and removal of debris outside MD land complete all as specified and directed.

M&L PCC 1:2:4 type B-O (12.5 mm graded agg) in roof kerbs or mud stops, levelling coarses of roof, rounded or chamfered on edge average thickness not more than 75mm complete all as specified and directed..

M&L 10 mm thick cement plaster in cement mortar 1:4 mixed with water proofing compound over PCC padding over roof complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for providing and applying fibre reinforced elastomeric liquid water proofing membrane with resilient acrylic polymer having Sun reflective Index (SRI) of 105 manufactured by Asian Paints Ltd/Berger or equivalent as approved by GE on top of concrete roof in three coats @ 10.76 Ltrs/10 Sqm. One coat of self priming of elastomeric water proofing liquid (dilution with water in the ratio of 3:1) and two coat of undiluted elastomeric water proofing liquid (dyr film thickness of complete treament not less than 500 microns). The operation shall be carried out after scrapping and properly cleaned loose particles with wire brushes, filling the crack upto 3 mm with fibre glass reinforced crack filling compound 10, complete in all respect as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge/GE. Note :- Treatment shall be done through authorised rep of Paint Supplier/manufacturers.

M&L for removing/cleaning of existing painted surfaces on wall with help of hand held/long hand sander and preparing the surface smooth and filled the cracks upto 3 mm with fibre glass reinforced crack filing compound and applying two coats of Apex Ultima with anti algal weather proof, 100% Acrylic smooth emulsion with silicon additives that offers an anti algal and high performance exterior wall finish including a coat of exterior primer.

M&L for taking our vegetation/plants of any size from masonary wall, roof, staging for water tank etc at any position, derooting, chemical treatment using Glyphosphate/Triclopyr etc and making the disturbed surface using PCC 1:2:4, B-0 (using 12.5 mm graded aggregate or CM 1:3 all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge/GE.

Supply only integral water proofing compound complete all as specified and directed.
