Demolition of cement concrete alongwith sub-base and soling of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for and removing demolished materials and depositing where directed complete all as specified and directed.

M & L Soling with wet mix mecadam with brocken boulders or quarried stone ,inter stices filled ,surface formed and rolled and consolidated to required gradient and camber spread in layer n.exc 150 mm thick complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for PCC type C2 (1:3:6) using 40mm graded crushed aggregate as in sub base & foundation bed complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for sand filling (60 mm average thickness) under floors in foundations and including watering and consolidation complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge..

Supply only polythene sheeting 250 microns thick laid flat without creases as separation membrane over concrete complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for cement concrete work in pavement/ hard-standing of flexural strength 40 kg/per square centimetre in field using 400 kg of cement percubic metre, thickness of concrete 25 cm or more and all as per specifications and directions by Engr-in-Charge. Note: Quoted rate shall be inclusive of Compaction of concrete by using Mortorised Mechanical vibrator, applying of Metalic hardner over wet surface of Concrete (Cost of Hardner shall be paid seperately), brooming of Concrete surface for Rough finish

M & L for cutting and forming contraction (dummy) joint 65mm deep x 10 mm wide, filled with sealing compound grade 'B' complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M & L for cutting and forming construction joint 30mm deep x 10 mm wide, filled with sealing compound grade 'B' complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M & L for cutting and forming 20 mm thick expansion joint filled with pre-formed bituminous filler and top 30 mm primed and sealed with sealing compound grade 'B', thickness of concrete slab 250mm complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Racking out extg. Joints , width of joints upto 30mm deep and 10mm wide or vice versa of joints in slabs of pavements,removing old damaged sealant from joints cleaning the surfaces by means of air compressor or vacuum cleaner and M&L for joint filling with Grade 'B' Sealing compound after applying masking tape on front edge of joints to prevent accidental spillage of sealant on top surfaces and to give a neat finish to the sealant, including required back up rod and removing masking tape after sealant has been applied all as specified and as directed at site, all as directed. Note: Minimum depth of sealant should not be less than 18 mm

Racking out existing joints in slabs of pavements having width 10 to 15mm and depth 15 to 25 mm for removing old damaged sealant from joints cleaning the surfaces by means of air compressor or vacuum cleaner and M&L for joint filling with polyurethene sealant conforming to BS - 5212 (type FB) after applying primer and masking tape on front edge of joints to prevent accidental spillage of sealant on top surfaces and to give a neat finish to the sealant including required back up rod and removing masking tape after sealent has been applied all as specified and as directed at site, all as directed. Note: Minimum depth of sealent should not be less than 15 mm

M&L for preapration of damaged/broken concrete pavement slab surfaces of area exceeding 0.50 Sqm (width should not be less than 75mm) by cutting damaged portion of concrete vertically at least 25 mm average depth(minimum depth should not be less than 20mm) with the help of concrete cutter machine and cleaning the surface by electical blower (with DC supply) to receive the Epoxy mortar and applying the epoxy mortar on the prepared damaged / broken portion over a coat of approved primer including finishing even & smooth surfaces to match with the top & vertical surfaces all as specified & directed.

M&L for Elastomeric compound -Flexo patch on runway/ dispersal/ taxi track etc all as per following specifications and as directed by Engr-in-Charge :- (a) Cutting/chipping of existing concrete 75mm wide and 30mm deep with concrete cutter in proper alignment, removing all loose concrete/dust etc by air blower and carefully cleaning the sufraces as directed to receive new concrete material. b) Applying primer to old concrete surfaces with using pump sprayer or brush covering all the area as directed. The primer shall be allowed to dry before pouring the Elastomeric compound. (c) Pouring of Elastomeric compound, mixed with all ingredients as per manufacturer's instructions and pouring the mix in the affected area trowelled to achieve grooved or textured finish including all necessary form work all as directed and specified.
