Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of 400 kVA transformer step down indoor type, 11/0.433 kV, (at no load), oil immersed confirming to IS 1180 (PART-I) 2014 Energy Efficiency level-2 complete with standard fittings copper wound 3 phase 4 wire 50 c/s oil immersed naturally cooled with external cooling tube, delta connected on HT side and star connection on LT side with tapping on HT side to vary secondary voltage (+ )2.5 % to ( + )7.5 % in steps including first filling of transformer oil as per IS 1180 Part-I 2014 & BEE certified having dielectric strength not less than 50 kV complete all as specified and directed. Note: (i) Routine test as per IS 1180 shall be carried out at the works. Type test including temperature rise test shall also be carried out at works. Site tests are also to be carried out in presence of company representative. All the tests whether at works/at site are to be conducted in presence of MES representative and all test certificate duly signed by all concerned to be submitted by the contractor to the department. (ii) The equipment should carry a guarantee of 30 months from the date of dispatch or 24 months from date of completion of the contract, which ever is later. Any defect during this period will be attended in a period of three days including spares and labour without any extra cost to Government.

M&L for earthing complete with galvanised steel earth plate electrode 600X600X6mm thick burried directly in ground (Earth pit not less than 2.25 mtr deep below the ground level with top edge of earth plate not less than 1.5 mtr below normal ground level) connected to galvanised earth strip 32X6mm as earthing lead by means of bolts, nuts, chuck nuts and washers of GI or steel all as shown in electrical plate No 5 including charcoal dust common salt, 20mm bore GI medium grade watering pipe funnel with wire mesh, including 40mm dia GI pipe medium grade for protection of GI strip including PCC pit 1:2:4 type B-1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate with angle iron 40X40X5mm frame 60mm thick RCC cover with 8mm steel bars 100 mm centre to centre both ways i.e. horizontal and vertical complete all as directed by Engr in charge and testing for required value complete. Note: If earth resistance of earthing is not found satisfactory it will be redone by the contractor on his risk and cost.

Supply and fixing switch Air break Gang Operated Switch outdoor type HT 11 KV triple poles 200 Amps with fixed contacts of phosphorus bronze and moving contracts of copper with mechanically operating from ground level vertical mounted complete with HT insulator on steel frame operating rod made out of 25 mm GI pipe medium grade worked from ground level with handle and locking arrangement with 12 insulators with drop out fuses complete all as per specified and directed.

Supply, installation, erection, commissioning and testing of LT feeder pillar cubical out door type weather / dust proof (IP 54) having size of 2000x1800x800mm factory made out of 3.15 mm thick CRCA sheet powder coated with front and back side openable with suitable cable chamber and front side shutters with locking arrangement panel base of angle iron 50 X 50 x 6 mm upto 60 cm height for 433 volts, 3 phase, 4 wire system including four pole copper bus bar 1000 amp capacity including control wiring with suitable size of PVC insulated stranded copper conductor and incoming / outgoing connection with copper busbar complete as per manufacturer's design mounted or fixed on PCC foundation above 0.45 mtr on floor and cable connection with suitable size of aluminium lugs and glands complete comprising the following: INCOMING ACB 800 amp, 4 pole 415 volts, 3 phase, 50 Hz AC draw out type electrically operated with microprocessor release IPR E+ (4Pole) & 50 kA breaking capacity having ICS=ICU=100 % , LCD display of indication of menu setting , recorded information , current , trip history fault indication for over load , short circuit and earth fault with adjustable protection for over load and short circuit and conforming to IEC60947/IS 13947/Pt.II/1993(Latest Version). The ACB shall have spreader links and barriers as standard feature of manufacturer.

Material & labour for shifting of existing transformer and LT panel including LT cable etc. of any capacity upto 400 KVA after disconnecting all electric connection carefully from one place to another and making all connection at new location all as specified and directed
