Improvement to service road on Chitrotpala left embankment from RD 43.600 km to 44.180 km from village Raghabpur to Podana for the year 2026-27

Earthwork excavation in ordinary soil within 50m initial lead and 1.5m initial lift including rough dressing & levelling the bed & depositing the excavated materials away from working site as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Earth work in all kind of soil by mechanical means with all leads, lifts & delifts including loading into transportation vehicles and unloading from transported vehicles & depositing the same on properly prepared and scientificaly approved surface including rough dressing & breaking clods to a maximum 5cm to 7cm in size including removal of roots, bushes,other deleterious materials from transported earth with all cost, carriage, royalty, DMF, EMF, Labour cess and laying in layers not exceding 0.30m. in depth & levelling the earthen embankments for all heights etc. complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.(Earth will be arranged by contractor at his own risk.)

Providing granular sub base with good gravel to required thickness including watering, turf edging and compaction with PRR etc. with all labour, materials, T&P, royalty, taxes and CESS etc. complete as per specification and direction of the Engineer-in-Charge

Providing, laying, spreading and compacting graded stone aggregate to Wet mix Macadam(WMM) specification including premixing the material with water at OMC in Mechanical mix plant, carriage of mixed material by tipper to site, laying in uniform layers with paver in sub base/base course on well prepared surface and compacting with vibratory roller to achieve the desired density as per Clause 406 of MoSRT&H specifications for road & Bridge works including hire and running charges of all mechineries including cost, conveyance, royalty taxes , DMF, EMF, Additional charges of all materials, etc complete as per direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Providng & applying Primer coat with bitumen emulsion on the prepared surface of granular base including clearing of road surface & applying primer @0.60 kg/sqm using mechanical means as per clause-502 of MoSRT & H specification for Road &Bridge works(4th Revision) including all cost, carriage. royalty & taxes etc all complete as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Providng & applying Tack coat with bitumen emulsion using the emulsion pressure distributer @0.30 Kg/m2 on the prepared surface of bituminous/ granular base cleaned with mechanical broom as per clause-503 of MoSRT & H specification for Road &Bridge works(4th Revision) including all cost, carriage. royalty & taxes etc all complete as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and laying Bituminous Macadam (BM) with batch type hot mix plant using crushed aggregates of Grading-II(19 mm nominal size), premixed with bituminous binder of 60/70 penetration grade of bitumen, transporting the hot mix to work site, laying with a hydrostatic paver finisher with sensor control to be required grade, level and alignment rolling with smooth wheeled vibratory and tandem rollers to achieve the desired compaction as per clause 508 of MoSRT&H specifications for road & Bridge works including hire and running charges of all mechineries including cost, conveyance, royalty taxes + DMF+ EMF+ Additional charges of all materials, etc complete as per direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and laying Semi Dense Bituminous Concrete (SDBC) with batch type hot mix plant using crushed aggregates of Grading-II(10mm nominal size), premixed with bituminous binder of 60/70 penetration grade of bitumen, transporting the hot mix to work site, laying with a hydrostatic paver finisher with sensor control to be required grade, level and alignment rolling with smooth wheeled vibratory and tandem rollers to achieve the desired compaction as per clause 508 of MoSRT&H specifications for road & Bridge works including hire and running charges of all mechineries including cost, conveyance, royalty taxes + DMF+ EMF+ Additional charges of all materials, etc complete as per direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Blinding road surface with sand 6mm thick including cost, conveyance, royalty taxes, DMF, EMF, Additional charges of all materials etc complete as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Collecting, supplying and stacking at work site for premeasurement and conveying from stacks spreading moorum in subbase to proper camber and consolidation with P.R.R. with cost, conveyance, royalty, DMF, EMF, Additional charges and taxes of all materials including hire and running charges of P.R.R. etc. complete as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge.
