M&L for Cement concrete type D2 1:4:8 (40mm graded aggregate) in foundations filling and mass concrete.

M&L Brickwork with fly ash bricks, straight or curved on plan exc 6m mean radius, built in CM 1:4.

All as per item above but except bricks (serviceable bricks obtained from dismanling shall be made use of under this item)

Material & labour walling of random rubble masonry uncoursed, Secunderabad type well bonded, bedded and solidly hearted in cement mortar 1:6 etc complete.

M&L for preparing new or previously untreated steel surfaces of any description, over 10cm width or girth and applying two coat of synthetic paint over a coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F concertina coils super barbed bladed profile of dia 600mm and weight of coil for 50 spiral turns shall not be less than 0.9 kg and one coil (50 spiral)shall not be streached to more than 6.0 mt blade shall be 0.50mm thick galvanised steel strip and 2.5mm dia core wire fixed to angle iron brackets or masonry surfaces with necessary accessories like straining wires, fixing clips etc completeall as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material & Labour for applying Appex weather paint Two or more coats of 100% Premium acrylic emulsion paint having VOC less than 50 gm/litre and UV resistance as per IS 15489:2004, Alkali & fungal resistance,dirt resistance exterior paint of required shade(Company Depot Tinted) with silicon additives @ 1.43 litre/ 10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 0.90 litre/ 10sqm over new surfaces.

M&L for PCC (1:2:4) type B-1 using (20mm graded stone aggregate) for benching coping etc incl necessary form work.

M&L for rendering 15mm thick on fair faces of brick works in cm 1:4 finished even and smooth without using extra cement including water proofing treatment complete all as specified .

Demolition of Reinforced cement concrete of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for and removed debris outside MD land.

M&L for Precast reinforced cement concrete (1:2:4) type B1 (using 20 mm graded stone aggregate ) for manhole cover , septic tank covers slabs etc including necessary from work and set in CM (1:4) .Note :- reinforcement will measured and paid seperately.

S&F MS TMT bars 10 mm dia and over cut to length bent to shape required including cranking , bending hooking ends and binding with and including MS wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia complete all specified and as directed.

Demolition and breaking up drain pipes(salt glazed ware, AC or reinforced concrete) set in cement motar including concrete beddeing and haunching complete all as specified and directed 150 mm internal dia pipe.

All as per item above but 200 mm internal dia pipe.

M&L for Concrete bed to drain pipes including packing under, and haunching against the sides of pipes after they are laid and tested in cement concrete 1:4:8 type D-2 for 150 mm dia pipe.
