Dismantling of 145kV, SF-6 CGL make (air compressor type) circuit breaker installed at LV side of 160MVA T/F, 200MVA T/F-I & 132kV Feeder Lalkuan by removing both side jumper of CB, removing of cable connection, disconnecting of air pipe line, disconnecting SF-6 pipe at each pole, disconnecting of all three pole and safely by means of hydra/crane and placing these dismantled pole in the store or safe place at substation, removing of earthing, mechanism box and structure work also includes shifting of dismantled breaker to store/said place at 220kV substation Muradnagar.

Modification of existing foundation 145kV SF-6 CB by cutting, fabrication, welding & drilling of suitable GI Angle as per requirement of new 132kV GE make SF-6 circuit breaker base column, proper installation of these modified GI angle on RCC foundation. (GI Angle will be provided by the department).

Erection of new 145 kV SF-6 'Siemens make' Circuit breakers on modified structure/foundation with it structure by means of crane /hydra work also includes shifting of breaker from store/yard to work site.

Cable termination with proper glands & ferrules, proper earthing of 145kV CB and its structure at two point, doing jumper on both side of newly erected CB and all related work to complete the job satisfactory.

Dismantling of old and defective 132kV line side isolator installed on 132kV Dasna feeder by removing of jumper of both side, removing of earthing, dismantling of post insulators, Isolators base, removing of connecting pipes & operation mechanism etc. shifting of these dismantled isolator from site to store/ said place.

Erection of 132kV Post insulators on 132kV Isolator structure of 132kV Dasna Feeder including shifting of post insulators from store to site.

Erection of 132kV bus Isolators on 132kV Dasna Feeder bay as per instruction manual and technical specification of isolators with its operating mechanism, proper alignment of all three phases including shifting of material/equipments from store to erection site including all other associated work to complete the job satisfactory .

Safe carriage of BBL structure and 12 Nos 132kV PI (Post Insulators) from 132kV substation Niwari Road, Modinagar to 220kV substation Muradnagar works included shifting & loading of structure & PI on a suitable vehicle by means of labour at 132kV substation Niwari Road, unloading of these BBL structures and post insulators at 220kV substation Muradnagar.

Providing and fixing of 160MVA transformer cooling fan contractor along with OLR, work includes removing of damaged contactor and OLR, fixing of new 110Volt, AC contactor with OLR, replacement of defective wiring, termination of wire with proper ferule and check the operation of fan.
