Providing and laying dense graded bituminous macadam with higher capacity batch type HMP using crushed aggregates of specified grading, premixed with bituminous binder @ 4.5 per cent by weight of total mix and filler, transporting the hot mix to work site, laying with a hydrostatic paver finisher with sensor control to the required grade, level and alignment, rolling with smooth wheeled, vibratory and tandem rollers to achieve the desired compaction as per MoRTH specification clause No. 505 complete in all respects.

Providing and applying tack coat with bitumen emulsion using emulsion pressure distributor at the rate of 0.30 kg per sqm on the prepared bituminous surface cleaned with mechanical broom.

Providing and laying bituminous concrete with higher capacity batch type hot mix plant using crushed aggregates of specified grading, premixed with bituminous binder @ 5.4 per cent of mix and filler, transporting the hot mix to work site, laying with a hydrostatic paver finisher with sensor control to the required grade, level and alignment, rolling with smooth wheeled, vibratory and tandem rollers to achieve the desired compaction as per MORTH specification clause No. 507 complete in all respects

Construction of Shoulderst with approved material obtained from barrow pits with all lifts upto 1.50 m transporting to site, spreading, grading to required slope and compacted to meet requirment of Table 300.1 and 300.2b with lead 1000 m as per Technical Specification Clause 301.50

Providing and laying of hot applied thermoplastic compound 2.5 mm thick including retroreflactive glass beads@ 250 gms per sqm area thickness of 2.5 mm is exlusive of suface applied glass beads as per IRC:35 the finished surface to be level uniform and free form streak and holes MORTH 803 (8.13).

Thermoplastic Repeted Bar marking is a softer treatment to reduce the speed. One set of bar marking (refer TM 08) comprises of 6 bars of 300 mm wide. Each strip of thermoplastic strip shall be of 5 mm high and shall be set applied across the full width of the carriageway. MORT&H 803

Providing and fixing of retro relectorised cautionary, mandatory and infrormatory sign as per IRC :67-212 made of high intersity grade sheeting vide cluse 801.3 friced over aluminium sheeting type-IV 1.5 mm thick supproted on a mild steel angle iron post 75mmx75mmx6 mm firmly fixed to the gournd by means of propertly designed foundation with M 15 grade cement concrete 45 cm x 45 cm x60 cm, 60 cm below ground level as per approved drawing. The retro reflective sheeting shall be tested for 3 year outdoor weathering test in indian conditions as per IRC 37:2012 as per MORTH 801(8.4) (VIII)

Supply and fixing of Pavement Maker (Cat Eye) type X - ASTMD-4956-04 Avery denision/3-M (USA make) consisting of ASA Plastic housing fitted with tightyly adherent ploting compound. The housing shall contain prismatic to Glass covered prismatic reflecting face to reflect incident light /C al taxes.
