Supply installation testing and commissioning of following rating , 11/0.433 KV, three phase, 50 HZ, outdoor type, Dynll, ONAN, copper wound Distribution transformer with off load tap changing arrangement on HV side in steps of ± 2.5%, ± 5%, ± 7.5% complete with all accessories viz. Buchholz relay for Alarm & Trip, Marshalling Box for alarm and trip, Conservator, oil & winding temperature indicators, magnetic oil level indicator, lifting lugs, earthing studs, name plate and winding connections diagram and Bi-directional rollers etc. The transformer to be designed for an ambient temperature of 45 Degree Celsius and winding temperature rise of 50 degree Celsius over ambient. Transformer to be as per IS 2026 Part I to Part V power transformer including first filling of filtered dehydrated transformer oil and conforming to IS 2026 (Part II & 5) of 1977 (Make Bharti /Kirloskar /JK Transformer/Crompton) including construction of platform (size 7'-0" x 6'-0" x 2'-6") with brick masonry outer walls (9" thick) with cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 sand) filled with cement concrete 1:3:6 (1 cement : 3 sand : 6 crushed stone aggregate 20mm nominal size with 40% boulders) including plastering the side walls with cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 sand), laying of 50 mm thick cement concrete flooring 1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 sand : 4 crushed stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) finished with a floating coat of neat cement slurry. 400 KVA
