Provding and fitting of 3 pole contactor MNX9 63 A and single phase preventer VSP D1 minilec to eletric panel of machine

Drying Tumbler (DT-60 KG)

Dismantling of shafts and motor from the machine, shifting of same to workshop for mechanical work and replace the bearings for same and the refitting of same to the machine and checking the same on full load.

Providing and fitting of power supply 12v transformer and transformer controller in place of damaged one.

Cleaning of drainage system of 07 no. washing machine by way of cleaning of mess strainer, pipes and other items to make washing machine drain pipes clean and apply grease for lubrication of 07 no. Washing Machine, 07no. Hydra extractors and 06 no. dryers tumbler of Laundry Section

SERVO STABILIZER

Disconnecting of all the electrical connections of the Servo stablizer and removing of one damaged PCB cards. The job further includes di- assembling of the Servo stablizer and then providing and fitting of 02No.limit switch. 1 Digital meter 02no, in place of damaged one. All tools and tackles skilled labour component including testing/operation of servo stablizer on no load/Full mload after necessary repairs/Replacements is included in the job

Providing/Fitting of PCB cards as per sample.The job includes P/F of necessary thimbling, connections as per the site requirement and testing of the Servo on no load/Full load.All tools and tackles, labour component and transportation charges is included in the job.

Replacement of old damaged AC synchronous motor (240V.IPH. 50Hz 400mA, 60RPM 10 KG cm torque) wih new original one having the same specifications.

Providing and filling of T. Oil of specific grade for topping up of voltage stablizer

STEAM BOILER

Providing and fitting of new Temperature meter (PXR-4) with sensor in place of damaged one.

Providing and fitting of relay 220/240V AC.

Contractor of 10AMP (3TF-30 10-0A) with overload relay 3.2-5A.

Providing and fitting of Emergency stop switch.
