Demolition of cement concrete (unreinforced) in ground floors and pavings n. exc 15 cm thickness (below or above GL) complete all as specified

M&L for 40 mm thick PCC (1:2:4) type B-0, using 12.5mm graded stone aggregate as in levelling course over RCC roof surface to achieve required slope including making rounded or chamfered on edges mixed with WPC @2% by weight of cement, complete all as specified and directed. Note :- WPC shall be measured and paid separately as supply only complete all as specified and directed

M&L for 50 mm thick PCC 1:4:8 type D-2 (using 40mm graded stone aggregate) as sub base of flooring complete all as specified.

Roughening surfaces of existing roof treatment and taking out of old APP membranes and removing from site including cleaning and washing down with water to remove dust, etc and brushing neat cement slurry @3 kg/sqm complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for providing, laying water proofing treatment over plastered surfaces of RCC roof shall be as under:- (a) The dried plastered surface of slab shall be painted with one coat of bituminous primer @0.4 liter/Sqm. (b) Over the primed surface a layer of APP based polymeric membrane minimum weight of 3 kg/sqm of approved manufacturer minimum 3mm thick, reinforced with polyster non woven fabric (weighing not less than 160gms/sqm) shall be laid by torch application method. The side over laps of membrane shall be minimum75mm and the end laps shall be minimum 100mm and sealing all overlaps and joints shall be done as per manufacturer's instruction. (c) The finished surface shall be given Aluminium paint @ 0.11 Kg/Sqm on APP as per manufacturer's instructions. M&L for rendering 5 mm thick in CM 1:3 as in ceiling, finished the surface even and smooth complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of newly plastered surfaces of walls and applying two coats of weather resistance acrylic emulsion paint over a coat of primer complete all as specified and directed.

Drilling holes as per specififed Depth of the surface. Fix the PVC and fix it with fosroc renderoc plug, rapid setting cement based plugging mortar. Injecting cement slurry admix with Fosroc cebex 100, Plasticised expanding grout admixture @ 0.225 Kg per bag of cement and Fosroc Nitobond SBR Latex, @ 5 Lites/50 Kg cement, through the prefixed nozzles under pressure using suitable grout pump to fill all possible pores complete all as specified.

Identify the cracksand construction joints , honeycomb areas, shall be chased open into 'U' groove shape and sealed with High strength, fiber based cementitious mortar, Fosroc Renderoc SP40. Providing and fixing 6-8 mm dia nozzle along the joints and honeycomb areas after proper surface preparation. The injection of conbextra EP10 through the nozzle till the refusal of the grouting materials complete all as specified.

Supply and applying concrete surface with single component, fibre reinforced shrinkage compensated, polymer modified structural grade repair mortar like Fosroc Renderoc SP 40 or equivalent at a thickness of 40mm. The repair mortar should have a compressive strength 45 N/mm2, flexture strength 7 N/mm2 and tensile strength 2.5 N/mm2 at 28 days complete all as specified.

Plaster : Providing and applying plastering with CM 1:4 mixed with Conplast WL Xtra (Integral waterproofing compound confirming to IS 2645) at the dosage of 200 ml/bag of cement over waterproofing system to a minimum thickness of 15mm as per site requirement. Fosroc Conplast WL Xtra complete all as specified.

Providing and laying micro concrete up to the required thickness (avg 60mm) as per site requirement on the designated area to the prepared slurry tight shutteing with proper shear conector and bonding agent where ever necessary, The fluid micro-concrete repair material shall be single component, cement based, renderoc RG or equivalent micro-concrete to which only the site-addition of clean water (and approved graded coarse aggregates where specified) shall be premitted. The micro concrete shall contain no metallic aggregateds, or chlorides and shall be shrinkage compensated in the plastic state. The micro concrete in the flow able consistency should achieve a compressive strength of 50 N/mm2 after 28 days at 30 C as per BS 4551-80. The unrestrained expansion shall be between 1-4% as per ASTM C827-1987. Again as per BS 4551-80 the flexural strength shall not be less than 5 N/mm@ @ 28 day. The micro concrete shall have a co efficient of thermal expansion 10-12 x 10-6/C & Thermal conductivity 1.5 W/m C the mixed density of micro concrete shall exceed 2100-2200 Kg/M3 at 21C

Providing & erecting sturdy H frames, other structural steel members for temporary nature back propping/ scaffolding as specified in the structural drawings or any other level as required for a specified period. Providing and fixing steel props with steel section & bracings to support beam, slab & adjacent areas of column etc. as per instruction and as directed by consultant etc complete. The scope should also include covering entire building portion to be dismantled safely incl providing necessary horizontal supports etc with column or beam and maintaining the same for the entire duration of works incl dismantling & taking away on completion of work from the site etc complete.The contractor shall submit the design for shuttering, staging, supporting etc for consultants review and comments complete all as specified and directed by the Engr-in-Charge.

Coving Treatment:Coving (50mm X 50mm ) to be done at all junctions with Nitobond SBR latex to be mixed with cement complete all as specified.

M&L for applying one coat of Aluminium paint on top of APP for heat resisting as per manufacturer etc complete all as specified.

M&L for screed bed or bedding layer of cement mortar 1:6, 20mm thick for laying floor finishes complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for 10mm thick rendering in cement mortar 1:3 on other than fair face of brick work for laying tiles in vertical surfaces complete all as specified and as directed.
