Material and Labour for cement concrete 1:4:8, type D2 (using 40mm graded stone aggregate) in foundations, filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and as directed.

Extra over stone walling for hammer dressing to face stones with maximum depression on face from straight edge held against the dressed surface not exceeding 40mm and dressing of face beds and joints as specified of random rubble walling, uncoursed or brought to course complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and Labour for self faced granite stone slab 60 to 75 mm thick as in drain floor & walls, cut to required size and shape laid and pointed in cement mortar 1:2 complete all as specified and as directed.

All as per above here-in-before, but except stones, using serviceable stone slabs obtained from Demolition/dismantling complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for boulder pitching, laid, hand packed tightly and grouted with cement and sand mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for cement concrete 1:3:6, type C-1, using 20 mm graded stone aggregates as in coping, bed plates, benchings, etc., including use and waste of form work, finished the surface fair and even complete all as specified and directed.

Material and Labour for mild steel TMT bars 10 mm dia., and over cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9 mm dia., or securing with clips complete all as specified and directed.
