Attending day to day Complaints of internal electrification at zone B area of OTA Gaya of any type complete all as specified and directed by engr-in -charge . Note : (i) The items required for attending day to day complaints shall be measured and paid as supply and fixing under relevent items here-in-after. The contractor has to deploy sufficient skilled tradesman and making functional the complaint. (ii) The quoted rate deemed to include for all minor expenses required for making the complaint functional. (iii) The tradesman shall report to E/M complaint cell of GE Gaya daily at 8.30 am to take complaints from concern JE E/M. The complaint must be attended on same day in stuiplate time period by providing material required and by deploying sufficient manpower by the contractor. The complaint slip duly signed by the user shall be returned back at the complaint cell with proper feed back in the evening. (iv) The tradesman deployed for work shall wear proper uniform with full shirt and full pant with their names & contractors name on the uniform. Colour code of uniform will be decided by Engineer-in-Charge.
