Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of 20 watt 4 ft long LED Batten housing made of extruded alluminium with milky white diffuser and inbuilt electronic driver system lumen output should be at least 1800 lumen with a CCT of 6000 K, power factor should be greater than 0.9 with all accessories and connecting up complete with 3 core flexible cable white of size 23/0.0076 complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. Make Polycab Cat part No PCGLB AX 2060 or equivalent in Philips/Bajaj/C&S electric/Surya

Taking down old unserviceable lamp holder and S&F lamp holder, PVC/Polycarbonate type with back plate suitable for batten fittings including LED lamp 09W complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Taking down old unsv DB and supply and fixing factory made sheet metal enclosure double door distribution board class IP-43 with 200 Amp rated copper bus bar 240 volts 8 way single pole and neutral link complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Taking down unserviceable MCB’s and supply & fix following type/rating MCB’s including necessary connection as under:-

(a) S & F of MCB, 10 to 32 Amp, SP, 240 Volt Make - Legrand/Schneider-Acti 9/Siemens-Betagard

(b) S&F of MCB, 25 to 32 to Amp, SPN, 240 Volt Make - Legrand/Schneider-Acti 9/Siemens-Betagard

M&L for sub main wiring with two runs of single core PVC insulated, unsheathed copper condutor, multi stranded cable of size 6.00 Sqmm 1100 volts grade drawn PVC concealed conduit of size 19/20 mm (ISI marked) including PVC accessories complete incl cutting and chasing and making good etc including one run of 6.00 Sqmm single core copper conductor multi-stranded PVC insulated, unsheathed cable as earth wire continuity conductor complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. Note : Three run of 6.00 Sqmm cable and one run of PVC Conduit shall be measured & paid as one unit.)
