PROVISION OF STAND-BY TROLLEY MOUNTED 500 KVA TRANSFORMER AT AF STN GURGAON UNDER GE (AF) GURGAON NO.1

Supply and Fabrication of trolley to accommodate 500 KVA transformer with LT panel, including HT & LT cables and with overrall size not less than 2.20 mtr X 2.50 mtr using MS Chnnel of size 100X50 mm and angle iron 50X50X6 mm and MS flat of 50X6 mm Wherever required including base of MS chequered sheet 10 gauge fixed properly welded on chasis including fencing all around with MS angle iron 40X40X6 mm and MS flat 40X6 mm with XPM mesh, cage of 50X50 mm mesh made of 4 mm dia GI wire of 2 mtr height with openable door and locking arrangement on two sides duly painted with two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide steel primer, with towing hook of channel / angle iron, fixed with trolley for easy movement from one place to another place. It shall not be less than 1.25 mtr length from the body of trolley complete all as specified and directed with the followings :- (a) S&F tyre tube of size 7.50X16 on suitable size of wheel crum - 04 Nos (Make: MRF/CEAT) (b)S&F leaf soring set of 13 Nos leafs with U camos - 4 set suitable to take full load of trolley, Panel and Transformer (c) S&F axe of size 2600 mm length and made of MS (d) S&F danger notice plate/board of 11 KV on each side of trolley -04 Nos (e) The cost of any MS work required for fixing of transformer, LT panel shall deemed to be included in the qutoed rate. Note :- (i) Any other work/item not mentioned above but necessary for smooth functioning of the trolley shall be included in the rate quoted by the contractor. (ii) Drawing has to be approved by GE as per site conditions before execution of works.

Supply, Installation, testing and commissioning of copper wound step down ISI ,marked and BEE star lebelled transformer outdoor type complete with standadrd fitting, HT 11 KV 3 phase LT 433 volt, 3 phase 4 wire with off laod tap changer having tapping range 7.5% in steps of 2.5% ranting of 500KVA capacity as per IS 1180:2014 and IS 2026:2011 with total losses @ 50% load 980Watt and total losses @ 100% load 2930. The transformer shalll be complete with all standard fittings and accessories, gauges first fill of transformer oil upto appropriate level etc, jointing materials connected with electric system etc complete all as specified and directed by with the following accessories (a) primary HT side having HT porcelain bushing 3 Nos with brass gun metal bushing, rods complete with nuts and washers.with MS cable box sealed for HV suitable for 11 KV . (b) one cable box on LT side for mounting two LT cable cosisting of 4 Nos, porcelain with brass bushing rods complete with nuts and washer with two nos. cable gland suitable for LT UG cable providing with bimetalic lugs. (c) Oil conservator with filler type drain valve and oil level gauges. (d) Dehydrating breather with first fill of dehydrating agent ( silica gel). (e) Explosive vents. ( f ) thermometer pocket on tank cover including thermometer. (g) Rating plate and terminal marking plate. (h) The earthing terminal two nos. to tank to facilitate fixing to earth strip. (i) Oil level gauge (j) Lifting lugs. (k) Oil filling hole with cap/plug with connection plate complete. (l) Air relief valve plug. (m) Buchholzs relay for alarming & tripping of circuit breaker . Note: (i) Transormer should be tested on factory before dispatch to site. (ii) The transormer shall be complete with standard fittings all as specified conforming to IS:1180(part) 2014, IS 2026:2011 and manufacturer shall hold licence/certificate from BIS to this effect, (iii) The transformer will have its initial oil illing to appropriate level (cost of oil including testing with desired dielectric strength is included) (iv) All fittings required to install / mounted the transformer on trolly as mentioned in item no 1 above.

Supply , connecting, testing and commissioning HT cable XLPE insulated, screened, galvanised steel strip or wire armoured, electric power cables (heavy duty) with aluminium conductor, 11000 volts Earthed, grade cross sectional area 95 Sqmm 3 core, laid in trenches/ fixed to pole/ passing through pipe, ISI marked as per IS : 7098 (part - 2) compelete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Cable jointing kit for 11 KV (Earthed) grade cable for outdoor termination cold shrink type joint complete with jointing material and accessories suitable for 3 core XLPE armoured aluminium conductor cable of size 50 Sqmm to 95 Sqmm complete all as specified and directed

Supply, Laying, connecting, testing and commissioning LT cable XLPE insulated, armoured heavy duty electric cable with aluminium conductor, 1100 volts grade, cross- sectional area 400 Sqmm 3.5 core laid in trenches/ connected to transformer/ fixed to pole/ passing through pipe, ISI marked as per IS 7098 (part-2) complete all as specified and directed.
