Construction of Vermicomposting unit at KVK Jajpur Phase-II

Earth work in hard soil or gravelly soil within 50m. Initial lead and 1.5m initial lift including rough dressing and breaking clods to maximum 5cm to 7cm and laying in layers not exceeding 0.3m in depth and as per the direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Supplying, Filling sand in foundation & plinth well watered and rammed including cost, conveyance, taxes, royalty of sand, labour & T&P, Labour welfare cess@1% etc. complete as per specification and direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Cement Concrete (1:3:6) using 40 mm size hard granite crusher broken chips of approved quality and form approved quarry including lowering laying concrete, watering and curing etc. complete for required levels laid in layers including cost and conveyance, royalty & taxes of all materials and cost of all labour T&P required for the work,Labour welfare cess@1% etc. complete as per the direction of the Engineer-in- charge.

Rigid and smooth centering & shutering for RCC work including false works & dismentalling then after casting including cost, conveyance and taxes of all materials and cost of labour, T&P, Labour Welfare cess @1% required for the work etc. complete as per specification and direction for the Engineer in charge (RCC foundation, plinth band and footings bases of columns mass concrete precast slab etc.)

Providing Fly Ash brick masonry work using 250 mm X 120 mm X 80 mm (with dimensional tolerance of ± 8% ) Fly Ash bricks having crushing strength not less than 75 kg. / sq cm, mortar of mix 1:4 (1 cement : 4 sand) (Using Branded Cement), immersing the bricks for minimum 6 hrs in water before use, with all necessary projections, splay cutting, circular moulding, corbelling, etc., including cost of all materials, labour, conveyance, loading and unloading, taxes, cess, royalties, scaffolding, watering, curing, sundries, tools and plants,etc., Labour Welfare cess @1% complete as per the direction of the Engg-in-charge.

16 mm thick cement plaster in cement mortar (1:6) with watering and curing etc. complete including cost, conveyance, royalty and taxes of all materials and cost of all labour with T&P required for the work ,Labour welfare cess@1% etc. complete as per the direction for the Engg-in-charge.

Wall Priming one coats on new work with wall water bound primer of approved shade as per direction of Engg-in-Charge .

Wall painting two coats with plastic emulsion paint of approved shade on new work to give an even shade including all charges complete as per the direction for the Engg-in-charge.
