Wall lining butch work upto 10m height with Dholpur stone 40 mm thick rough facing on the exposed surface with stone strips of minimum length 300 mm and required width, including embedding every tenth layer and bottom most layer in masonry or concrete after making necessary chases of size 75x75 mm and by providing layer of 75 mm thick strips i/c 12 mm thick bed of cement mortar 1:3 (1 Cement : 3 coarse sand) i/c ruled pointing in cement mortar 1:2 (1 white cement : 2 stone dust) with an admixture of pigment to match the shade of stone complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge. (As per DSR 8.17)

40 mm thick fine dressed stone flooring over 20 mm (average) thick base of cement mortar 1:5 (1 cement : 5 coarse sand), including pointing with cement mortar 1:2 (1 cement : 2 stone dust) with an admixture of pigment to match the shade of stone. Red sand stone (As per DSR 11.29.1)

40 mm thick fine dressed stone flooring over 20 mm (average) thick base of cement mortar 1:5 (1 cement : 5 coarse sand), including pointing with cement mortar 1:2 (1 cement : 2 stone dust) with an admixture of pigment to match the shade of stone. White sand stone (As per DSR 11.29.2)

Stone tile (polished) work for wall lining over 12 mm thick bed of cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement : 3 coarse sand) and cement slurry @ 3.3 kg/sqm including pointing in white cement complete. Granite of any colour and shade (As per DSR 8.9.1.2)

Providing and laying Polished Granite stone flooring in required design and patterns, in linear as well as curvilinear portions of the building all complete as per the architectural drawings with 18 mm thick stone slab over 20 mm (average) thick base of cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand) laid and jointed with cement slurry and pointing with white cement slurry admixed with pigment of matching shade including rubbing , curing and polishing etc. all complete as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. Polished Granite stone slab of all colour and texture except Black, Cherry/Ruby Red (As per DSR 11.56.2)

Stone work (machine cut edges) for wall lining etc. (veneer work) upto 10 metre height, backing filled with a grout of average 12 mm thick cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement : 3 coarse sand) including pointing in white cement mortar 1:2 (1 white cement : 2 stone dust) with an admixture of pigment matching the stone shade : (To be secured to the backing and the sides by means of cramps and pins which shall be paid for separately) :8.14.1 Red sand stone - exposed face fine dressed with rough backing. 30 mm thick (As per DSR 8.14.1.5)

Distempering with 1st quality acrylic distemper (ready mixed) having VOC (Volatile Organic Compound ) content less than 50 gram/ litre, of approved brand and manufacturer including applying additional coats wherever required to achieve even shade and colour Old work (one or more coats) (As per DSR 13.81.1)

Painting with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture of required colour to give an even shade : One or more coats on old work (As per DSR 13.99.1)

Brick work with common burnt clay F.P.S. (non modular) bricks of class designation 7.5 in superstructure above plinth level up to floor V level in all shapes and sizes in : Cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand) (As per DSR 6.4.1)

Preparation of plastered or concrete surfaces for oil bound distemper or emulsion or apex paint including sand papering the surface or scrapping by patti, applying filling with cement based putty (Birla, Jk or equivalent) to the required finish complete in all respect and to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge.
