1. Material and Labour for Dismantling of 160 KVA Distribution Transformer from power house AF Stn at Abohar from base of foundation using lifting crane or putty to lift the Transformer carefully including disconnecting the existing incoming and outgoing XLPE electrical cables connection and earth connection and transport to Bathinda workshop for repair work all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge. 2. M&L for rewinding of 160 KVA Transformer 415 Volt 3 Phase removing the burnt out copper winding of LT Coil and cleaning LT Bush and dismantling of clamp and nut bolts etc, rewinding to LT side with suitable gauge of super enamled copper wire with insulating papers and insulation cloths, varnishing the winding and baking heating for achieving the required insulation resistance, in all respect as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge. 3. M&L for rewinding of 160 KVA Transformer 415 Volt 3 Phase removing the burnt out copper winding of HT Coil and cleaning HT Bush and dismantling of clamp and nut bolts etc, rewinding to HT side with suitable gauge of super enameled copper wire with insulating papers and insulation cloths, varnishing the winding and baking heating for achieving the required installation resistance in all respect all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. 4. Material and labour for painting of two coat stove enameled paint of inner and outer body surface of transformer all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge. 5. Material and labour for transport of transformer back from Bathinda work shop and fixing again in same foundation after repairing of foundation and base from connecting, testing and commissioning all as specified and as directed. Note:- Sch of Credit amount as mentioned in terms and conditions will be deducted while acceptance of Job order. 2. Contractor will give six months gurantee period for the work done under the Job.
