S&F exposed GI powder coated snap grid frame work for false ceiling of grid size 600x600mm comprising of wall/cleat angle of size 25x25x0.35mm and cross tee of size 24x30x0.70mm with 4mm dia GI wire as suspender and including 4mm thick E-Board classic (decorative type) including fixing arrangement from steel truss of any type and applying two coats of oil bound distemper over one coat of chalk whiting, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Demolition of reed, lathing, single or double, including battens and plaster or chicken wire lathing, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Taking down cement plaster on brick or stone walls, etc., including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water, etc., complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M & L for G I Wire netting 0.9 mm dia and 12 mm mesh lathing to wood or metal studding, joists, etc., in walls, ceilings, stanchions, beams, etc., including all laps, cutting and waste, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L rendering 15mm thick on fair faces of brick or concrete surfaces in cement mortar 1:6 be finished fair & even without using extra cement, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for rendering 10+5=15mm thick on other than fair faces of brick work or on one side of lathing in cement mortar 1:4, surface finished even and smooth without using extra cement using water proofing compound in top layers, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge. Note - WPC shall be measured and separately.

M&L rendering 10mm thick on other side of lathing in cement mortar 1:6 be finished fair & even without using extra cement, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Dismantling asbestos cement (corrugated or semi- corrugated) sheets in roof covering, complete all as per specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for 6 mm thick asbestos cement sheet, corrugated, or semi corrugated sheets in roofs, walls etc. and fixed with L-type or J-type or cranked hook bolts, complete all as per specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for glazed ceramic coloured tiles 300x200x6 mm thick on vertical surfaces, set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in coloured cement to match with the shades of tiles including 10mm thick screed bed or bedding layer of cement mortar 1:4, complete all as per specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

S&F Vitrified ceramic tiles 10 mm thick of light shade (Square/rectangular) polished, area of each tile not exceeding 0. 36 sqm, in floors etc, set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or Coloured cement to match with the shades of tiles including 15 mm thick screed bed or bedding layers in CM 1:4, complete all as per specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for chequered cement concrete PU finish tiles 30cm x 30 cm x 25 mm thick in floor etc, set, jointed and pointed in neat cement slurry and pointed (grey cement & pigment) over 20mm thick screed bed or bedding layer of cement mortar 1:6, complete all as per specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Taking down chowkat or frame not exceeding 1.5 Sqm each (without taking off shutter from the frame), complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

S&F 2nd class hardwood in plain, solid, straight chowkats and frames, wrought, framed rebated on the solid, rounded or chamfered, put together with glue pinned at joints, complete all as per specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Taking down shutters of any description not exceeding 1 Sqm each complete all as per specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.
