ESTIMATE FOR REHABILITATION OF CANAL SYPHON AT RD 21796 M, 22595 M, 23736 M, 24436 M, 25416 M AND 25836 M OF KANDI CANAL STAGE- 1 HOSHIARPUR

Earth work of silt clearance of channels and drains ((b)) Basket work with combined lead upto 7.50 metres undressed.

Excavation in Soil (any type) using Hydraulic Excavator CK 90 with hydraulic excavator of 0.9 cum bucket capacity including cutting, trimming bottom and side slopes, in accordance with requirements of lines, grades and cross sections, including all lifts and combined lead upto 30m.

Earth filling (b (ii)) Earth work in excavation in soil containing more than 40% gravel or kankar (Exclusive of compensation for earth) and filling in 15 cm layers in foundation and plinth including ramming, watering and consolidating under floors with earth brought from a distance not exceeding 30 metres.

Raking out joints in lime or cement mortar and preparing the surface for repointing or replastering including cost of neat coat of cement disposal of rubish to the dumping ground within 50 m lead

Waterproofing of wet areas ( Concrete/ Masonary Surface ) and any water retaining structures such as swimming pools, water tanks, Bathrooms, toilets, balconies, planters etc with high performance polymer modified cementitionous coating ( DR. FIXIT FASTFLEX / Equivalent ) to provide tough film build-up and highly elastic film formation, which accommodates thermal movements so as to provide seamless coating without any joints to prevents water leakage. The scope of work also includes surface prepration and cleaning, washing and removing dust,dirt and loose particles from concrete / masonary surface complete in all respects.

Providing and applying injection grouting using cement slurry admixed with Fosroc Chemical Conplast WL or any other equivalent compound @ 300 ml/ Bag of cement through the uPVC nozzles ( 12mm dia uPVC/ Plastic Nozzles - 4" to 9" long @ 5 No: / Sqm of area) , provided into the cracks/ honeycombed areas using 140 PSI hand operated Grouting Pump under pressure till the refusal,doing final Cement slurry Grouting (after 28 Days),, finally cutting & sealing of Nozzle. including all labour, supervision, tools and tackles and transportation etc. complete as per direction of Enginner -in- charge.

12.5 mm thick cement plaster 1:3.

Extra for providing and mixing water proofing material in cement plaster work @ 1 kg per 50 kg of cement.

Putting 1:3 (Cement:water) cement slurry with cement @ 2.25 kg per sqm on prepared bed and side slopes before laying concrete on bed and side slopes
