Providing & laying 225 mm thick rubble stone soling using spotless stones below floors roads/pavements etc. mechanically / manually consolidated thickness as specified below with stones vertically handset interstices packed with smaller stone chips, binding with murrum & sprinkling water for proper consolidating and finishing to required levels in quantities as and when required etc. complete all as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and laying Plain cement concrete using graced stone aggregate of 20mm / 40mm max. size including consolidation using vibrator & needle if required finishing, curing, form work shuttering, centering etc. complete all as per specification and in quantity as & when required by the Engineer-in-Charge. PCC 1:2:4 using 20mm max. size aggregate.

Providing and laying in position specified grade of reinforced cement concrete, excluding the cost of centering, shuttering, finishing and reinforcement - All work up to plinth level : 1:1.5:3 (1 cement : 1.5 coarse sand (zone-III) derived from natural sources : 3 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size derived from natural sources)

Steel reinforcement for R.C.C. work including straightening, cutting, bending, placing in position and binding all complete above plinth level.Thermo-Mechanically Treated bars of grade Fe-500D or more.

Centering and shuttering including strutting, propping etc. and removal of form work for :Foundations, footings, bases for columns

Providing & fixing corrugated sheet/GI /PPGI sheet closefitted serrated adjustable corrugated /semicorrugatedsheets including overlaps, ridges if requiredincludingsupplying and fixing necessary J or L hooks bolts, nutsas washer and bitumen was hers withscaffolding etc.complete all as directed by theEngineer-in-Charge. GI/PPGI sheet roofing 21 guage /0.80mm

Structural steel work in single section, fixed with or without connecting plate, including cutting, hoisting, welding, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer including two coats of synthetic enamel paint all complete.

Providing and laying autoclaved aerated cement blocks masonry with 230mm/300 mm thick AAC blocks in super structure above plinth level up to floor V level with RCC band at sill level and lintel level with approved block laying polymer modified adhesive mortar all complete as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and laying 20 mm cement plaster of mix :1:6 (1 cement: 6 coarse sand)

Finishing walls with textured exterior paint of required shade : New work (Two or more coats applied @ 3.28 ltr/10 sqm) over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 2.20kg/10 sqm

Providing and fixing G.I. chain link fabric fencing of required width in mesh size 50x50 mm including strengthening with 2 mm dia wire or nuts, bolts and washers as required complete as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge.
