Repairs to plasB6:B44eparing and plastering the surface of the walls complete, including disposal of rubbish to the dumping ground, ementmortar 1:4(1cement : 4 fine sand) complete as per HPPWD specifications, to the entire satisfaction and direction of Engieer in charge including hauling carriage of materials to various location through all modes of transporation within all leads, lifts and other incidental complete in all respect. The rate inclusive of GST,octri,royalty,malkana and all type of texes imposed by the Govt.

Providing and fixing 100mm (one hundred millimetre) aluminium handles anodized transparent or dyed to required colour and shade with necessary screws etcetera complete as per HPPWD specifications, to the entire satisfaction and direction of Engieer in charge including hauling carriage of materials to various location through all modes of transporation within all leads, lifts and other incidental complete in all respect. The rate inclusive of GST,octri,royalty,malkana and all type of texes imposed by the Govt.

Providing and fixing 250x16 mm (two hundred fifty into sixteen millimetre) anodized aluminium Tower bolt anodized colour and shade with bolts and nuts screws etcetra complete as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge, including carriage of materials within all leads, lifts and other incidental. The rate including octroi, royality, Malkana, toll tax, GST or any other taxes imposed by the Government .

Providing and fixing 100mm (one hundered millimeter) bright finished hard drawn hooks and eyes.complete as per HPPWD specification and directed by the Engineer-in-Charge, including carriage of materials within all leads, lifts and other incidental. The rate including octroi, royality, Malkana, toll tax, GST or any other taxes imposed by the Government .

Providing and laying mechanically mixed and vibrated cement concrete 1:4:8 (one cement isto Four sand isto Eight graded crushed stone aggregate 40 mm (forty millimetre) nominal size) and curing complete excluding cost of centring and shuttering in foundation and plinth including all taxes,GST, carriage of material, within all leads and lifts within all leads and lifts and as per the direction of the Engineer-in-charge and other incidentals.

Providing and laying 25 mm thick kota stone flooring thick base of cement mortar 1:4 (One cement isto Four Sand) laid over and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of slab including rubbing and polishing complete, as per specification, approved drawing, design, to the entire satisfaction and direction of the Engineer-in-Charge including carriage of material within all leads, lifts and other incidentals. The rate is inclusive of octroi, royality, malkhana, toll tax, GST or any other taxes imposed by the Government.

Providing and fixing 1st quality ceramic glazed floor tiles conforming to IS : 15622 (thickness to be specified by the manufacturer ) of approved make in all colours, shades except burgundy, bottle green, black of any size as approved by Engineer-in-Charge in skirting, risers of steps and dados over 12 mm thick bed of cement Mortar 1:3 (1 cement: 3 coarse sand) and jointing with grey cement slurry @ 3.3kg per sqm including pointing in white cement mixed with pigment of matching shade complete.

Providing and laying Polished Granite stone flooring in required design and patterns, in linear as well as curvilinear portions of the building all complete as per the architectural drawings with 18 mm thick stone slab over 20 mm (average) thick base of cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand) laid and jointed with cement slurry and pointing with white cement slurry admixed with pigment of matching shade including rubbing , curing and polishing etc. all complete as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. The rate inclusive of GST,octri,royalty,malkana and all type of taxes imposed by the Govt.

Applying Birla white wall care putty over plastered surface after thoroughly brushing the surface free from mortar drops, dust loose materials and other foreign matter sand papered smooth to give final matter finish to the surface complete as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge, including carriage of materials within all leads, lifts and other incidental. The rate including octroi, royality, Malkana, toll tax, GST or any other taxes imposed by the Government .

Distempering (two or more coats) with oil bound washable distemper of approved brand and manufacture and of required shade on un-decorated wall surfaces to give an even shade over and including a priming coat with distemper primer of approved brand and manufacture after thoroughly brushing the surface free from mortar dropping and other foreign matter and including preparing the surface even and sand papered smooth complete as per HPPWD specifications, to the entire satisfaction and direction of Engieer in charge including hauling carriage of materials to various location through all modes of transporation within all leads, lifts and other incidental complete in all respect. The rate inclusive of GST,octri,royalty,malkana and all type of texes imposed by the Govt.
